Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum was decided by university and was according to standards. Curriculum included all exercises which helps any individual to get a job outside and find himself a place in the industry.
Internships Opportunities
This college was started in the year 1992 and the group responsible for running the institution had no broader view. Since the college was very far from city their was no chance of people or the students who would opt for internship at this institution. Therefore college did not offer any kind of internship programs.
Placement Experience
Placement opportunities was initially very well and almost 6 out of ten students used to get place gradually when the faculty was changes in the placement office there was a very less communication between the IT industry and the college. Hence the placements got decreased and now they have very less companies coming for recruitment.
College Events
APS administration do not help or support curricular activities for the sake of students.They always try to back off from the discussion whenever their is a question raised on the Events or any activities. APS fail in sponsoring any Events and thier is no point for discussion to this topic.
Fees and Financial Aid
Loan facility provided by the college seems to be good and any students completing his degree can wait until he get the job to payback he amount that he takes as loan during the college days.
Campus Life
As said earlier the campus life is not suitable for any city students. The campus more suits for a urban area students. Their is no support for SPORTS and their is no faculty who can take care of SPORTS section.APS group fail to support any extra curricular activities.
Alumni/Alumna
Yes, Senior students are very much robust and took initiative to call for a alumini. APS old students also hold a APS alumini network on socail sites and helps to students to get in touch always.
Exam Structure
Exam structure is decide bey the VTU university. College follows the instruction given by the VTU university and I as a student of VTU like the structure of examination .
Faculty
Faculty was very much fine.Faculty included a senior most resources who were the part of teaching for more than 15 years.Faculty was more supportive and helped students in their innovations.Faculty always came forward and helped students to take part in co curricular activities in spite of lessons and curriculum.
