Course Curriculum Overview
The course is the practical oriented which is focuses on anatomy, diseases, medicines and etymology, etc. The course syllabus is extremely wide with so many practicals and since the entire course duration is 66 years with one year of compulsory internship, the fruit born at the end of it is well deserved.
Placement Experience
There is the compulsory internship which is to be done in order to obtain the degree. Since the Geetanjali college has the hospital attached with a good number of footfall, many of the students who want to pursue their internship there are benefited with a great exposure.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The college is private institute and like any other private college, the fee is quite high than the government funded colleges. The overall fee for the entire MBBS is close to 75 lacs which is a lot for most of the households.
Campus Life
There are a lot of facilities like cultural fests, sports week, so many inter college competitions that make the entire college experience worth remembering. We have postings in the hospital from the third year onward.
Admission
The admissions are on the basis of NEET which a national level entrance exam to get admission in the medical courses,like MBBS. The college accepts online application form and then releases the merit list, I made through and hence called for the counseling foe documents verification.
Faculty
The faculty is nice and kind to all the students, through their experiences they guide us through the profession of a medical students. The Dean of our course is jolly and arranges special skill enhancement classes as well.
