Remarks

Priyadarshini College of Engineering Nagpur is one of the best college in our nagpur district. Previously when I was in 12th std our whole college arranged a visit to priyadarshini College of Engineering. Since from that time i realized that this is an excellent college for me, not only in terms of educational facilities also because i loved the college campus its HUGE and beautiful. For admission purpose we can apply here through CAP rounds held by technical education department, Maharashtra. We can easily find the website for the CAP round held in Maharashtra.

Course Curriculum Overview

As i love to explore things, so i heard that the engineering is a field where u can explore various things in all aspects. Our faculty ratio is really good for example 2 teacher per class Our teaching staff is highly qualified includes PhD, mtech personals there teaching techniques are excellent Our term exams are of 3hrs... As per difficulty level is concerned then it was tough to pass them

Our college helps in finding internships for students company's like tal, NTPC, indian railways, etc as our college only permits for maximum one month internship so there were no stipend. Various projects were allotted to group of students as there were marks on project

Placement Experience

Many software companies were cane in our college for campus placement from 3rd year you can sit to the placement drive Amazon, infocept, byju's are some of the company's came in our college I don't know about the highest but the average package is like 4-5lpa Near about 45% students gets placement After degree i will prepare for various entrance exams

Fees and Financial Aid

Our fees structure is For general quota-1.6lakh per year For OBC - Near about 60k to 70k For sc/st - 1000-2000? All students are eligible for scholarships except general quota they can apply for freeship And no scholarship for TFWS students For jobs and placement computer branch related students can easily acquire jobs with the help of good grades and communication skills

Campus Life

Our annual fest is named as Ashwamedh and many tech fest and project competitions takes place there for example in our time yantravat which was a project competition held in our 3rd year In College library all the journals and books were available Classrooms are excellent with very good ventilation sport competition were held with our college fest ISHRAE, ROTRACT CLUB, etc are the name of clubs run by the students

Placement Experience:

From 7th Sem, students are eligible for placements and undergo placement training. Many companies has visited so far but the big ones are Godrej, BEL, Framatome, etc. The highest package for mechanical was 7.5 LPA and the avg package was around 5 LPA with a majority of job roles as GET. Almost 95% students are placed. I'm preparing for GATE ME for higher studies

Placement Experience:

If one wants direct placements in comapnies such as Wipro, Cognizant, Hexaware, TCS and many more, SIT is the place. Highest is still unbeatable as one student in 2023 got a paycheck of 50 lakhs per annum from SIT. Even the average is over 10 lakhs now as most students are placed through SIT placements cell.

Course curriculum is also good and it is explained in detail on the college's website and there are labs for the courses which made learning fast and easy. Relevance(industry alignment)->8/10 The curriculum is designed to keep up with the industry needs especially in fast growing fields like computer science, management, design and pharmacy. Updated course such as AI, machine learning, cybersecurity, data science and 3D printing are included for tech students. Industry exposure depends on the students initiative it's not equally strong in every department. Comprehensiveness-> 7.5/10 First year courses focus on building strong basics in science, mathematics and communication skills. Later semesters introduce specialisation, electives, research projectsand soft skill training. The curriculum also includes personality development, entrepreneurship and innovation modules. A few departments could integrate new technologies fatser into the syllabus. Best college review

I appleid for ycce college , raisoni and priyadarshini college of engineering in which i got priyadarshini with branch etc which was unexpected . I was not expecting this but when i researched and studied i found it was worth getting as it has many facilities than other college and the staff is wonderful. I dont no what went wrong with me in other colleges as i was eligible for it i got 82% in cet exam but i didn't get it. For getting admission in pce you should pass 10+2 with good percentage and should appear for cet . You can directly get admission or can get through the cap round....Read More

As the demand of this course is not much, cut-off is not much. I had 69 in jee and around 60 in mhtcet. Taking Mhtcet exam is mandatory. I got admission though cap rounds of Mhtcet. And if you have categories like SC and ST it's not hard to get admission in electrical engineering....Read More
