Remarks
Doomdooma College has a great academic environment with large classes and good faculties. Also, there is an auditorium where students do and enjoy a performance like singing competitions. Students study at the library as it has several books on the varied topic with appropriate copies.
Course Curriculum Overview
The subjects in the bachelor's program included streams like History, Geography, English, Languages, computer applications, and the course was quite lengthy for preparing in the exams. The structure of exams was similar to the semester wise format.
Placement Experience
At the college placement interviews, there are several chances of jobs at the relevant firm with an average stipend. My experience was good as I gained much knowledge and skills at my work which was an internship provided by the college.
College Events
National festivals, musical nights, and several seminars on management and cultural topics were the main focus at the college. Sometimes students also organize events like project fair and mainly all participated in the event.
Fee Structure And Facilities
A bachelor?s student pays 6110 for the graduation degree bachelor of arts annually. As the fees are quite feasible, students pay the fees at the starting of the new academic year. But, there are many options to pay the fees for example, semester wise or in parts.
Campus Life
The students themselves organize youth festivals and blood donation camps. Recently, and awareness program was organized by a joint venture to provide students knowledge of workspace, environment, and entrepreneurship skills.
Hostel Facilities
As per my knowledge, there are two separate hostels for boys and girls. The facilities include clean rooms, a good bed, and 24-hour water and electricity supply. Also, the mess provides food three times a day with different food varieties and the taste is appropriate.
Admission
The prior requirement was higher secondary education, once I completed it, I applied to four colleges to be on a safe side. I got acceptance from Doomdooma College as I applied on campus by filling the application attached to the academic documents. There is an option for online admission also. Make sure you attach all the required results and documents mentioned in the application form.
Faculty
According to me, the faculty at the college was quite experienced. They taught almost every topic required to the perspective of the final exams as well as the chapters for internal exams. The faculty took a personal interest in every student to clear all the doubts of a particular subject.
