Remarks

Decent college for someone with limited expectations. A good academic record will land you in a decent company with a decent package. Overall value addition will depend on students productiveness . Decent alumni connect and faculty members. Traveling is an issue of you are from suburban part of the city.

Entrance Preview

I took CET. I got through the central admission process. Heard a lot from the seniors related to the college and especially the courses. There is no separate interview process for MMS for PG you will have to take a college interview.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course was limited to Mumbai university guidelines. No special or additional courses added to the mainstream one. Focus more on theory and less practical experience. Has a internship for 2 months in the field of specialisation. A two year course with initial one year focused on general management. Second year more focused on the specialisation.

Internships Opportunities

Limited internship offers. Better you hunt for your own offers depending on your liking and interests. Not many companies approach the campus for internship which is not the case with final placement. Searching for your own internship is the safe bait.

Placement Experience

2.5

Decent pracements but you can't be choosy about the companies or profiles. Marketing will give you sales jobs and with some difficulty will land you in a core marketing job. Main sectors, industries are Banking and financial services insurance leading the pack. 80-85 percent placement rate.

College Events

2.5

There are cultural fest, technical fest. Tech fests is related to management related events while cultural fest is mainstream events. Outside colleges not entertained and the event is more or less a internal event which runs for a week.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible fee structure with around 1.5 lakh per annum. The course gets covered in 3lakhs. No scholarship options though. Won't term that as expensive as compared to other colleges in the similar category. Yearly payment of fees so doesn't put a stress on your finances and is manageable with loan options.

Fees and Financial Aid

Not sure of this but people did avail the loan facility and it was hassle free for most of them. Fees are less as compared to other colleges and also under MU norms so education loans won't be an issue. Not sure of the tie ups with any particular financial institution for loans.

Campus Life

3.5

Less or minimal extra curricular activities. More academics focused approach. The amenities are decent if we compare other Be schools in the same category. Also conservative approach as the college has a fifty percent south Indian reservation.

Hostel Facilities

3

The college doesn't have a hostel but ample place for allocation in the near by area. Rate will depend on the individuals lifestyle 5000-6000 starting limits. The canteen serves veg food but you are allowed to get non veg food. Limited options for lunch, dinner. Good amount of options for a quick bite. Decent places nearby.

Alumni/Alumna

Disconnected alumni. You need to be proactive to keep in touch. Even though college taking efforts to reconnect with the alumni. Limited dividends for the efforts. Things will improve slowly as direct one to one communication with the alumni has begun. Alumni well placed in the corporate world.

Exam Structure

Semester pattern followed ie six monthly have to follow Mumbai university norms. 30-70 split for internals and theory. Projects considered as internal. Last year has university interference with 1-2 papers from each semester are set up by University.

Faculty

3.5

Decent faculty for most of the subject. Supportive in nature. It's a process of self efforts faculty help if you really want to add value to your course. Industry experts as visiting faculty helps to add value with practical knowledge. Alumni as visit ing faculty has helped the course.

Placement Experience:

The placements depend upon which Specialization you're in. If you're a marketing student there will be lots of good companies coming in for placements followed by finance and then HR. You become eligible for placement from 3rd semester. Companies such as Deloitte, PWC, TCS, HCL, etc. visit the campus for placements and offer a good amount of Packages.

We learned a lot from the curriculum and the college itself. My journey was a mixed bag of feelings with many sweet and sour moments. The classroom sessions were fun and so were the field visits and management activities like webinars or mock marketing competitions.

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
