Course Curriculum Overview
No a pleasant lab with good specimens are there and its not hectic because we spend more time in laboratory than in theory classes . And exams are trimester and some heavy syllabus to cover overnights. And new system of RGUHS RS3 has brought down the fear.
Placement Experience
There is nothing like a placement or a job opportunity after a medical school. Yes the college provides an internship programme which happens after the final professional exams for the course of 1 year. Students get to learn a lot in their postings in various departments. Stipend is 10000 per month.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Fee structure is the last thing to worry about if you get an admission here. You pay all the fee for the entire course as well as hostel accomodation at the time of admission itself which is a mere 20000/- in total that includes everything except food.
Campus Life
There are a lot of technical, cultural and festive events that take place in the college round the year. Technical- a lot of conferences and symposiums on various live issues. Sociocultural and annual fests are also organized. All the festivals are celebrated by proper enthusiasm.
Alumni/Alumna
The seniors in the college are very helpful and always show up at the time of need, be it exam or study related or be it any health or mental health issue. There is an Alumini network which organises many events like the picnics and dinners.
Admission
Candidates applying to the MBBS and B.Sc. courses are required to have completed 10 + 2 studies with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects and to have secured minimum 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology subjects.Seats to the MBBS course at the college will be allotted by the counseling process conducted by the Karnataka Examinations Authority, on the basis of candidates? performance in the Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET).
Faculty
The teachers are very experienced. The faculty is the most competent and well qualified. They are thorough as well as an expert in their field. They are the masters in teaching as well as treating the patients properly.
