The course is vast and divided evenly into ten semesters spanning for a time period of five years. It balances theory subjects with additional language and research work with projects as well. The course is designed in such a way that it provides adequate time for extra curricular activities.

Placement Experience

The job opportunities are plenty at the Symbiosis Law School. The students are provided with Career Counselling, Mock Interviews, Seminars and Workshops to help in preparing for the actual interview.87% of the students got placed at a top tier firm or legal department with an average salary of 5.6 lakhs per annum.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The course is a bit expensive, but the education level covers up for the high cost. The first year fees without hostel and mess is Rs. 3,25,000 that needs to be paid in two installments. The fees can be paid online using credit/debit cards or using internet banking.

Admission

The basic eligibility criteria for admission includes clearing 10+2 with a minimum of 45% and appearing for the SLAT entrance exam. I did both of these and secured a score that got me amongst the 120 students selected for the course.

I believe the faculty at Symbiosis Law School is the best I could have had. The teachers have a plethora of experience and knowledge that they are ready to use into their teaching. Most of the teachers are Ph.D or NET qualified and have a teaching experience of years.

Roller coaster ride

Course Curriculum Overview:

To be honest the curriculum which we got to study was not at all relevant to the current real world demand of skills because there was only focus on the bookish knowledge rather than the real world challenges. We students only gained bookish knowledge and because of that we are facing so much of difficulty during graduation placements. The exams were held continuously making students so restless. Everything was good but only this.

Decent college with good facilities

Placement Experience:

From 4th year 1st semester, the students become eligible for campus placements. About 10-15 companies visited our college with minimum 3 lpa. And only 30% of students are placed in the campus placement. Companies like virtuza, movate, cognizant, hcl visited our campus for placement. The highest package was 4.5 lpa and lowest was 2.8 . My plans after getting degree is work in a reputed mnc.

Course Curriculum Overview:

the course curriculum of our college runs under the guidance of JNTU where all the fundamentals such as DSA ,program,data base and CN also core math are given in this college divides the conceptual,lessons in 5 units .for each unit we have submit assignment unit test and also an ALP which is concentrated on learning ,mechanisam which help student revise the concept in class itself.In terms of real world the curriculum builds the theoritical, knowledge but somewhat limited exposure where students should have get internships for an industry level experience or else atleast a entry level jobs help the students to learn as well.Area of improvement include more hands- on project works and more interactive teaching methods Like case studies and problem ,based, learning. Exams are regularly for 2 mid term for semester and one end semester exam.the difficulty level is moderate and manageable with consistent and study and focusing more on understanding concepts rather than rote learning

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am very Passionate about Computer Science. So I joined Information Technology which is the same as CSE. Information technology mostly offers the same opportunities as CSE in VNRVJIET. So, I preferred IT in VNRVJIET. In VNRVJIET, Hyderabad faculty: student ratio is approx 1:40 which is considered as Average ratio. Most of the Faculty are PHD Graduates but there are less number of Professors. Mostly there are Assistant Professors whose Teaching Methodology is average to Good but not rated as Better in terms of Teaching. Professors are good at Teaching but Some Assistant Professors are not as good as we expected. There are mostly newly joined PHD faculty members were there who will teach in a slow manner. Every 5-6 months we have Semester Exams which are mostly easy to pass if we have somewhat knowledge of the subject.

I didn't apply to many colleges. I was mainly focused on SLAT through which I got SLSH. No quota availed. The admission process was divided into three parts. The first two parts were the MCQ test named SLAT followed by WAT where an essay was supposed to be written on the given topic. It was a home centered proctored entrance test with continuous invigilation. With 90 minutes and 90 questions, there were no negative markings.
