Remarks

Student friendly, great environment, great infrastructure, peace eco-friendly college with well educated and experienced faculties.

Entrance Preview

CAT, 70 percentile Because of the good environment, infrastructure and great experienced faculties.

Course Curriculum Overview

It is well organized and student friendly.There are sufficient choice in elective paper. They are also eell designed. Text books and other reading material are also nice and full of knowledge.

Internships Opportunities

I haven't done intership yet. Will be doing in April for 2 months. Stipend offered by the comanpies are high which are coming here. Self-organised SIP is also entertained here.

Placement Experience

Placements scenario is not too clear here. All the students gets placed but its too difficult to get into top companies which are very limited in this college.

College Events

M34- intracollege event. M35- intercollege event. RANBHOOMI- intercollege sports event of 3 days consist of 10 sports. MAHASANGRAM- intracollege sports event.And many more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fee structure is ok ok types. Not too high but at the same time not too nominal. For some of us its too much because of the amenities available in our hostel.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes there were couple of good loan facilities were offered by the college at nominal rate of interest. They have a tie up with oriental bank of Commerce and a financial institutions named ss credila financial services.

Campus Life

Campus life is awesome. Full of entertainment mediums are available. Time to time lots of extra curricular activities keep happening. All the festivals are also celebrated.

Hostel Facilities

Hostel facilities are awesome except there is no AC in the room. No coolers are allowed but let me tell you that they are not needed. Weather are too good here. Mess food is ok ok types.

External Expense: More Than Rs.10000

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are very helpful, too friendly, partying guys, have good networks. Likes to hear and help everyone. Give free tutions also. Good in sports. Well mannerd and well behaved.

Exam Structure

Exam structure is too intensive. Almost weekly basis exams are taken and score are given on that basis only. Students need to study daily to score well here.

They are well educated and experienced. Thet are student friendly and very very very helpful. They all are down to earth person and teaches us very well.

Pros and cons of Studying in Asm's Ibmr pune

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements just after they complete their second semester examinations 2) only local companies visited to our colleges such as per Pooja, weblink services etc which were very small scale local organisations offering very poor packages to the students 3) the average package that my batch got was 2.lakhs per annum and the highest was 6 lpa where before admission the college claimed the average packages to be 6lpa and Highest to be above 10lpa 4) the percentage of students getting placed is not more than 10-15% 5)my plans after getting the degree is to look for better companies outside my college because my college hasn't been helpful in terms of placements in any manner .

Remarks:

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.

Good exposure and faculty

Remarks:

The campus is good having basic facilities like free Wifi. The campus also has a canteen which serves food during all college hours starting from 8 in the morning. The college has a clean and green atmosphere. The crowd is also good. The college administration is supportive to the students. The chairperson herself organises a session with the students regularly.

IMT Nagpur- Thriving in a Student-Run Environment

Eligibility for this course is an undergraduate degree. Additionally one has to appear for an entrance exam like Cat, Xat or Cmat. For cat and xat a safe percentile is above 80 to get an interview call. For cmat one can target above 95 percentile. The application form is available online and one can apply either for all campuses of IMT through common application form or just IMT Nagpur. The form fee is around ?1000 to ?2000. The form is opened before cat exam and generally also re-opened before or after cat / xat results. One can expect form to reopen before CMAT exam as well. The admission process was smooth as it was online when i appeared for it. There was an essay test, a Statement of purpose and a personal interview with 2 panelists. The difficulty level can be increased for the interview. Otherwise they also conduct offline interviews now in various cities so there should not be a problem.
