GMIT- THE COLLEGE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR

First of all, the college is near from my Home, so it was easy for me to travel daily. The admission process was so simple and the admission block is very active and cares about all the admissions and the campus is so eco-friendly surrounding with different trees and flowers, which were the another reasons to choose this college. I came to know about this college through online counseling and from the GMIT website.

I like the computer subject from the childhood, and I had some basic knowledge about computer during my school time, so I choose CSE . The course has very high demand in the market and the CSE department of our college is really good . The labs are huge with more than 100 modern generation computers each. Also the teachers are very friendly and knowledgeable and always come forward to help students in their every topic. But our college is very disciplined and strict about the studies . The internal exam are taken timely to improve the students for the upcoming board exam. Not only that , everyone has their respective mentors to know their any problems in college regarding any matters.

Our college provide the internship opportunities to make the students more knowledgeable and to give them the financial support. Last year, around 80% students got internship from CSE in different well known companies like PS Group, ACC limited, Capgemini, etc.

Everyone wants to establish oneself in his/her life so most of the students want good placement from their college. GMIT will provide all the students a good placement as well as helps those who want to peruse for higher studies. In the year of 2019, around 75% students got placed in top recruiting companies such as Byju's, TCS, Lido Learning, WIPRO, Rs software and many more. Also around 80% students got internship from CSE in different well known companies like PS Group, ACC limited, Capgemini, etc. The top roles offered in CSE was Business development of Byju's. The average package offered by our college was around 2LPA and The highest package was 10 LPA . My plans is to be a good Software engineer and have the wish to get placed in a renowned company.

The total fees of our college for B. TECH course in CSE is approximately 4,63000 (including hostel fees). And About 45000 rupees have to paid in each semester . The books will be given from library to the students. The boy's and girl's hostel are neat and clean and the rooms are big enough. Also our college provide the students different scholarship such as Swami Vivekananda Scholarship, Oasis, Minority, etc. which is very helpful for them to complete their B.TECH without any financial problem. Not only that , you can also take loan with low interest to pay the tuition fees.

GMIT has a big eco-friendly campus full of different types of trees, flowers and also a huge playground. Not only that , you will also enjoy the whole 4 years in the college with different events, Fest, Sports like football , cricket, and others extra curricular activities like quiz, debates etc. The seniors are always to help younger ones. So you can purely enjoy your college life with the proper education. The library is formed with lot of books in various types. The classrooms are big ,neat and clean. The campus has full of strong WiFi connection. So You can actually enjoy your college life with proper education.

I gave the WBJEE exam and took admission in this college through counseling. The counseling process is very simple and secure. The questions are all mcq types which are not so tough but little time consuming. But incase if someone can't able to give WBJEE exam and still wants to take admission for BTECH degree he/she can take admission through the management quota available in our college.
