St xavier's college is the best college of jharkhand. Ranked"A" By NAC. It has the best faculty members and very good infrastructure, it also provides the campus wi-fi but you have to pay for that. Mine was geography honours, the professors are very helpful and have excellence in their fields. I preferred this college because it's best in jharkhand. The admission process is a bit lengthy but you can do it. All the best
Course Curriculum Overview
Mine was geography honours as I have a keen interest in that subject. Faculty member are really helpful and excellent in their field of expertise. About 50 students in two batch is run there. Mid term and end term both were always on time and questions are really upto the mark.
Placement Experience
Mine was a degree course so there was no direct placement but one can go for higher studies and then can get a fairly good job in various farms and it's good option to opt for geography.
Fees and Financial Aid
It's bit costly but one can afford it. If he or she avails from minority community they can apply for scholarship and they get it every year.
Campus Life
There is an annual college fest which is held every year and students participate in it enthusiastically there is quiz, fashion show, dance , song competition etc. Classroom have projectors which help in interactive learning, there is also a regular publication from eco club. Students participate in inter class cricket, football etc. Library is really good, has ample of books and one can access journals, newspaper etc and can read there too.
