I dont say that college is very good, but still there should be more technological academy.

Course Curriculum Overview

The college takes a note of serious misbehabiour, insubordination, habitual tardiness, irregular work habbits and obscenity and is punishable by fine, suspension or dismissal. The college has banned the use of alcohol, drugs and smoking and instructed the students to donat use them.

Course Fees: INR 85000 per year

Every student should posses an identity card issued by the college, which should be produced whenever asked.

College Events

The college has become a member of DENLET online databases, being promoted by the National Informatics Centre, New Delhi. It has got online networking facility and linked with different libraries across the country and outside India. The readers can access books.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. No, thecollege doesnot provide transparency in the feebreakdown. Loss of borrower card shall be intimated to the librarian in writing. Duplicate card will be issued at the cost of ? 20 per borrower card after verification.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes I have applid for many scholarships. But some of the scholarships were rejected and some of them are approved but the scholarship fund is not been transactioned.

Campus Life

To cater the needs to quench the thirst of knowledge in staff and student community a spacious, well ventilated digital library is established with a capacity of 60 users. The library has also subscribed to several e-journals like Springer link, Pro quest VTU Tech etc.

Admission

Each studeny shall conduct herself orhimself both within and outside the campus of the institute in a manner befitting a student of a prestigious institute. Each student shall show due respect and courtesy to the management, teachers, administartors, staff of the institute.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

About my college

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Placement Experience:

I applied to colleges like BMSIT and Sir MVIT, and I had confirmed seats there, too. I chose RNSIT because it has a better reputation for placements in my branch and the campus environment felt more welcoming. I didn't get into RVCE because my KCET rank wasn't high enough for their top branches, as the competition was very tough that year. The admission process is simple. They mainly take students through KCET and COMEDK. You need at least 45% in your 12th boards (PCM). Most students prefer KCET because the fees are lower. Once the seat is allotted through counseling, you just visit the campus, submit your documents, and pay the fees. The whole process was quite smooth and well-organized."

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

MIT Bengaluru-The College Beyond Exxpectations

Placement Experience:

Students here are eligible for placements or internships right after the 3rd year. Mit Bengaluru is planning to make its students placement merging with its parent clg Mit Manipal. Currently none of the placement record is there as the first batch is in 3rd year only.None of the companies have visited for placement b ut companies like IBM, TCS do come for their talks. I have no plans as of now what will I do after a degree.

The college environment is good.

I also applied for Mysore University and mit colleges in Mysore .I chose this college because those colleges were far from the city.it was difficult to travel.yes I also got rejected from few colleges because of the cet ranking.. which wasn't satisfactory.the admission process of our college is very simple.there is no complicated eligibility..the one should be passed in 2nd pu boards and should be written cet.the cutoff for this college is between 65 to 75k....Read More
