Remarks

Management is quite good. All the staffs are helpful.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is great. It actually helps in growth of the potential of the student. The lectures are knowledgefull and provide an extreme charm of the study. They are much knowledgeable to qualify the placement of the college. Exams are held fairly also the marking system is enough good.

Class Size: 4000

Placement Experience

30 to 40%placements in the college mostly of them are in cs and ec department. There is no any internship in the college.

College Events

There was a nascom hr summit I 2013 of it professionals. it has won best infrastructure award in 2013. some festivals are also celebrated. The most entertaining event is the freshers party at the start of a new batch. all the newcomers of the college are invited by the seniors for the grand party.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is 60 to 70 thousand rs per annum. It is not much expensive as compared to the other colleges although it provides scholarship so overall its not expensive. yes the college has transparency in the fees. there are some additional charges as exam fees etc.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes the college offers scholarship to students. The students who are needy and economically weak are elligible for the scholarship. the average sum of the scholarship is 24 million per year.

Campus Life

Gender ratio of boys to girls is 3:1. Labs and workshops have quite modern facilities. No discrimination at all based on any category wether it would be racism, religion etc. Every year there is fresher's party for the newcomers of the college to entertain them.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors help the juniors whenever required and also provide guidance for the studies. They share their experience with the other juniors about the different situations of the college.

Admission

I wanted to do engineering. I was chosen on the behalf of my entrance exam performance. The education quality was also good and the placement was pretty. My friends recommended the college as they were alumni of the college. I did my counselling, submitted the mandatory documents and though I got admission in the college.

Faculty

The faculties of the college are well educated and well trained professional teachers. They deliver good lectures in the classroom. Average age is approx 39 years. They kind and generous and solve the doubt of each and everyone. They are approx 280 in numbers and are as much as required for the college.

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I have applied the college through the government based councling facility. I choose the college because of their placement facility. I got the opportunity to work with MNC through the collage palcment program. I did not got rejected from other colleges .
