Course Curriculum Overview

4

The main part of the course I have chosen was becoming the link between the information and society and becoming a medium to share those information and ideas . The curriculum is based on the actual and real life activities and daily life activities. More field work and more engaging of actual people working in those field would be extremely exciting for students. The timing frequency of exams and level of difficult are good

Fees and Financial Aid

The Course offered in my college is a 3 year program provided by our university, where my fees is 35000/year that is only tuition fees. Also we need to pay exam fees upto 2500-3000 per semester additional. If there are events happening in college that also includes extra charges based on the requirement of those events. My batchmates have differing fees based on differential criteria and negotiations. Scholarships are provide in our college but for selected courses not all the courses offer scholarship our any financial aids.

Campus Life

2

There are many events taken place in colleges based on different criteria sometimes the event focus on the university only . And some events invite other colleges also to offer place for competition. There are many clubs also sports competition takes place for students interested in it. Our university also have votings for the heads of council teams . Counsil is created in our university where students are assigned in particular field, clubsand they need to handle those for a whole year until the next counsil is decided. Students who are memeber of council are decided on the basis of academic, sincerity, punctuation and teachers reviews. Mostly the counsil holds and organise the events and take care of everything planned.

Admission

I didn't not applied to any other colleges due to my personal reasons. I inquired in two different colleges where my admission was almost confirmed but I decided to chose the college I am in right now. Non colleges rejected my applications. The admission process doesn't require any entrance examination in my course also the administrative department helps in admission process and 12 th percentage helps in deciding the fee structure and all.

Faculty

3

There are 3to 4 faculty members available which is very convenient for students because there are not many students in our course also faculties are very approachable not only in college but also help outside. So far no student has failed any examination also the course curriculum is appreciable because teachers have put efforts on making subjects more interesting . I like all the facilities because they are good in there own ways also the student teacher relationship is very easy to build.

Night Life

2

I am not a hosteler so I do not know much about the night life of campus but the library and cafeterias are very good and accessible for all the students. Famous hangout places near the university are national park, damsamd forest area which are safe and open for public. The University provides hostel facilities which are good also the cafeteria are very good and affordable for all the students and food is tasty, which is the best part of the college. Students can go on trips and picnic as the university is located at good locality.

Course Curriculum Overview:

According to me their is no specific influence on me to chhose this course as I wanted to become Anchor form class 10th . The carriculum prepare students well for the real world applications and further academic pursuits as it includes all the aspects of media such as studio, camera, laws etc. The improvement that I would like to suggest is that students should be given more practical knowledge regarding the course and the college should make a different department for this with fully equipped studio room and set up. According to me the exams are not difficult.

Course Curriculum Overview:

To choose this course I was interested in videography and photography plus alot of things specifically because it provides confidence and happiness to me. For real world applications and academic pursuits they teach us about how the people hire you on basis of your skill not your degree. Exams are almost good to go never hard and not too long to be left unwritten And that's it.

I want to become a journalist so that I choose this course and course curriculum at Jagran Lakecity University is designed with a strong focus on industry needs and real-world applications. All the areas of course curriculum are improving. Exams are conducted at regular intervals, with mid-term assessments and end-of-semester exams being the most significant.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I found the overall curriculum a bit more towards theoretical side. But there are practical Assignments as well such as live reporting, short film making competition, industrial visits, photography and recently they have opened a community radio room as well. So they are now balancing equally between theoretical and practical knowledge, only if the students also shows interest. If the students remain on the back foot, there's not much the professors can do. They motivate, they provide us resources so it's upto us how to use these 3 years.
