The management was good. They tried there best to provide facilities to students. Also they arranged so many events to give students a better place to learn and grow.

The course structure was very hctic. A full length xams made study just to give to xams rather than taking knowledge. Every six month you study few subjects then mug up things give 2 times xams. Frankely speaking I don't see any point taking so much xams. Rather technical knowledge driven skills with industry exposure would help much.

The placement of hctm was vry pathetic. The worst companies visited there. Till date I don't understand why they didn't had tie ups with companies. Although very few companies visited at my times but they choose just 5 to 10 max. Placement was very bad.

During my time, I saw 2 good major events mainly of enjoyment purpose. A number to technical knowledge driven events based on different domains. In terms of events it was good to see to o many events organised by diff groups of diff department. Cultural and technical events were good. I had participated in many of them.

Fee Structure was too much as per the college. It was 93k for annum. Which was too much. But during my 1st year it was on its top, but after 3 Rd year only a handful of students left in the college . My program was ece. I had paid 93k for ayear. And mode of made used to be cash. They received checks rarely.

No i have not availed any of them. College never told about any of those schemes but if students wanted to take then they reached out to them and asked for it. The eligibility criteria was of casteism. And annual income. In my views only a few students got the scholarship from it

The gender ratio was not good in hctm. Maybe around 400 girls over 1000 boys. But the rules were strict in terms of ragging. There were many labs out of them I love computers lab and electrical motors lebs. Few seminars were arranged on robotics as well.

I don't opted for hostels because it was too bad and costly. I used to travel by college bus. If someone had to take hostel room than the cost of a room with three roomates was around 35 thousand which was not too good. And the food of mess was not very good. Will say average food with high cost.

Yeah the senior students was vey helpful and cooperatives. I joined electocrats the society of our branch students on which we used to organise so many events which includes technical and cultural events. That was great place to learn and enjoy. The alumini was helpful too.

Hctm kaithal study wise was a good College. The campus was also very good. All the staff was experienced. It was a good place to learn,I got the entrance via merit list. It was on 12th 2011 when I went to college to take admission. I choose ece so that I can have both soft and elections knowledge

Talking about my faculty. Not many of them was professional. Few were just college passouts and doing there mtech from hctm itself. Few were from other colleges recently passed out. Just a handful of lectures were having industry exposure. Only the hod of department seems to be having fair knowledge of there subject.
