Curriculum is very strong. There was full one year in plant training which exposes you to every department of a factory( one month in each department) & gives you insight how the industry work. Exams were semester based which had a good course structure.

Internship was for one year in a college premises plant & 3 months in outside industry. College has good tie up with premium FMCG companies. College has special task force which supports in getting this training across industry. The industry college connect is good.

We have freshers day, where in comfort level of freshers is explored. Then we have cultural competition of the college & then with PAN India universities. I should say there is a gathering from 1000 to 4000 happens in every fest. Then there are regular educational seminars as well.

very much feasible. It is less then 10k yearly. Hostel expenses are less then 5k per month. There is no hidden charges, in fact good scholarship are given to top 5. Which even makes the whole education free of cost. There is monthly stipend also which is given in full 3rd year of training.

The facility contains highest level of Auditorium, the football/cricket ground are biggest ones. We have individual lawn tennis courts in hostels. The sports facility is really at par with any sports college. Extra curricular also have a schedule which helps in students development.

It is strong and we have yearly meets also. Which helps in recruitment. There is membership concept by which alumni also help in connection.

There was an entrance exam of ICAR followed by a personal interview at my times. ICAR exam was for almost 100 colleges PAN india out of which NDRI karnal was the best one. In personal interview they ask your choices & gives you option which college you can join in.

Faculty was expert of the subject matter. In fact PHD in respective subject. Senior scientists get involved in imparting knowledge to the students. Practicals & Viva are conducted by senior faculty only. In a semester usually 6-8 courses are there.
