Remarks

It was a great college for studying, but if you are focusing on good college life also I will say it was more of a school than college.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

Yes, it was nice, enjoyed learning practical classes also. It also provides internally training for last semester learning. Teachers are also nice and help you with focused learning and from minor details to major ones. Just the college fun will be missing. Generally, the college chairman visits as chief guest in the majority of the events.

Placement Experience

1.5

TCS, Indian Army and some other companies also visited the college. Not much in numbers plus the percentage of college people campus placement was very less as the opportunities were not much.

College Events

0.5

Freshers party, farewell parties, marathons, sports day and NSS types seem events happen. But not on the big scale. Very decent and lesser celebrations happened and my own participation was also so much. Events were no big and in normal days even sitting in ground is allowed. It is more of a school than a college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is feasible. Payments can be done using cash or cheques. You have to stand in queue and wait for your turn to pay in front of the reception area. College does provide transparency and everyone had the same fee structure, no additional charges were paid.

Fees and Financial Aid

I didn't get any scholarship. Just as per AIEEE ranking selection was done. But yes some people had got the scholarship and probably were getting good discounts on the fees.

Campus Life

2.5

Gender ratio seemed to be around 30-70, parties were small and not much fun as compared to DU colleges or Amity types, no discrimination was there in students or teachers on any base, no racism, gender, race, ethnicity was there. Many educational competitions used to happen, as per the study concern it was a good place to learn without distraction.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

I was not staying far from college and had access to college bus. So I chose to stay at home then going to the hostel. But college girls hostel is a bit far so still have to use the bus to commute. Boys hostel, however, is in college itself, but college is in Farrukhnagar, Gurgaon, so they face problems with going out

Alumni/Alumna

No major communication was there between college's students of different years, raging is taken very seriously hence you will not get both raging and support.

Admission

According to AIEEE ranking, got selected in multiple colleges. I selected Dronacharya College as it was nearest and affiliated by MDU university. After being selected, we have to visit the college and give entrance interview and you get to know the available seats in required courses. I chose ECE.

Faculty

4

There were separate and well knowledged lecturers for every subject. Some of the pab faculty for Practical classes also have industrial experience themselves. Personality development is however not much focused. Also, the student crowd is degrading after one girl's death that went violent.

Placement Experience:

Campus placements are offered with many companies visiting (700-800+). Highest packages can go high (Rs 30-56 LPA), but averages and typical offers vary (~ Rs 6-7 LPA), and placements rates differ by batch. Some students also pursue internships or off-campus jobs if campus offers are limited.

Placement Experience:

Four campus placements student get eligible after the 6th semester and from 6th semester companies come and they search for their Perfect suit And they just simply Conduct their interviews in the College campus Various companies visited our college like HCL,TCS and many more Offering a basic scale payoff around 6,00,000 Per year. Average package for our college is around three to six lakhs and the highest package a student got is around 54 lakhs Per year. For sitting in placement at least 6 cgpa is required to Get eligible for Placements But most of the companies ask for 7CGPA and above and only few companies are there which demand 6 cgpa students. My planes after getting this degree is Doing a job and then Lumping amount So that I can open up my business in the form of cafe or something else. But somewhere I will like to become nlp engineer As I have interest in sound processing system and AI and being from IT background I have good coding skills and communication skills. Till the age of 40 I Start my own business or a startup. At last but not least Our college has a good placement Drive system And a good academic system too and one can easily prepare for placements if he studies well.

Placement Experience:

From 2nd year onwards we can prepare for it as we are equipped with hands on experience on multiple projects and practical knowledge. Till now the highest package has reached 45 lakhs per annum. I don't think that percentage matters as practical knowledge is more superior that theory part. I am planning to go for MNCs.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements after 6th semester. Numerous reputed companies offer placements, to name a few, these are HCL, Tata Consultancy Services(TCS), Wipro, Infosys, L & T, JCB, airtel, JIO, etc. The highest package to date is 27 lakhs per annum and the average package is about 6 lakhs per annum. About more than 85% of students get placed in good companies with a satisfactory package, however, good skills are required for a much higher package. I'll work hard to get a good package at a reputed company.
