No politics, food is average. No ragging, Hostel is average.

Course Curriculum Overview

Professionally managed And very knowledgeable faculty. Exam are as per university and curriculum is also very good. Getting overall knowledge and gives self confidence. Many industrial visits are conducted and also interaction with international colleges.

Annual day, Diwali, Holy, Freshers Day, New Year. All the event celebrated in a very big way, Encouragement to all to participate, Every one likes especially Fresher Day. Science and Technology day. Where every one like to showcase their brain.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is just OK, when compared to other colleges of same standard across India. Fees is accepted only through DD or cheques. No cash payment is allowed for any reason. Proper receipt is provided by college. No hassle in paying fees and very transparent.

I haven't opted for scholarship, but few students opted and received as well. Which is from 25 to 75%

Campus Life

Male to female is 60:40, having lots of fun, college is very good and professors are also learned persons, they encourage students slot. Students from all religion study there, many from abroad also. There is no politics in college and no union system.

Hostel Facilities

I was staying with my friends outside. I'm the beginning stayed at hostel but doesn't felt good also food was average, so moved out and Outside avocation is also very cheap, found one good cook, so life became very easy

Very good and very helping. No ragging allowed, which is best part in this college. Very Happy environment in college.

Admission

Applied in this college and opted for Electrical stream, luckily got admission. I have many known persons already studied in this college and received very good feedback. College looks very good and faculty is also very humble. Placement is also very good.

Faculty

Faculty is very knowledgeable and very clear of their subject. Motivates students and encourage for brain storming. Help a lot when ever required. No private couching slowed and help is provided to every one, even after clases. Love all the faculties.

Good College with Supportive Faculty and Decent Placements

Placement Experience:

Placements at RNS Institute of Technology are good. Students become eligible for campus placements from the 6th or 7th semester. Many companies visit the college, including IT and core companies. Some of the common recruiters include TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, and a few core companies for EEE. The average package is around 3 to 5 LPA, and higher packages are also offered for top-performing students. The highest package can go much higher depending on the company. Around 70–80% of students get placed, mainly in IT roles. For EEE students, core placements are limited, but there are good opportunities in software roles. The college also provides training and support for placements. After completing my degree, I plan to get placed in a good company and build my career.

Placement Experience:

Most of the students get placed from the campus placements. Students get eligible for campus placements from the fifth semester. Companies like HP, Infosys, Wipro come for recruiting and make offers from 3L per annum to 30 L per annum. Around 70 percent of the students get placed through campus placement. I plan on working for a dream company after completing my degree.

Placement Experience:

After completion of the course students are divided to teachers and the food industries are come to college and interview us and the student is eligible they can select. Some standard food related companies are visited nestle, ITC mysore , sulawines and some other companies also. The CGPA of the students is 7.5 or more is good below this also get selected but more than 7.5 is good. My plan is after completion of course then do work and get some experience in the industries and some of the time I am going to select a product and launch it over the world.

They start conducting placements activities from the 2nd year itself like AMCAT preparation, skillrack, etc. So the students become eligible for campus placements from 7th sem itself. Many companies like TCS, Diggibyte, Zoho,etc. and the offers are from 3 lakh to 16 lakh per annum. Percentage of students getting placements are about 90% My plan is to get into the IT sector as i have an interest to explore and enhance my technical skills

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is very unique, and very new, we are not taught irrelevant subjects and topics like every university does, Polaris school of technology (PST) is a new gen college which mainly focuses on tech, producing the best engineers not amongst india but amongst the world, it's aim is to produce engineers who are better than IITians and MITians, all these specifications influenced me to choose this course/curriculum When it comes to real-world applications, Polaris school of technology(PST) gives us real-life problems and scenario based projects through evaluations which help us in the future and helps us to build a proper approach for problems and train us to be the best. We have two main exams per sem which would be conducted every 3 months that is ½th of the sem, we have a total of 8 sems, so total 16 exams, our exams would be difficult for other college students, but not for us as we have the best mentors.

i just find very optimistic to write a review about my college

Everything you need to know abt DSATM!

My other options were SJBIT, JSSATE, CMRIT. my admission based on my comedk rank was confirmed in these places, but why i chose DSATM over these college would be due to its tag of DSI and mainly due to centralised placements with the main campus DSCE which is among the top colleges in bangalore. U can get into DSATM by writing either COMEDK or KCET or through management. Students usually prefer KCET since the college fees is way less compared to comedk which is double of kcet or management quota. Cutoffs for comedk for DSATM this year were quite huge ranging upto 46,000 for CSE core itself....Read More
