Overall good college

For ME course GATE exam in needed with non zero score. GATE exam is compulsory for ME admission and process as per CAP rounds.

There are total four semesters. First 3 contains theory subjects exam and fourth one is only for project. It contains total 12 subjects 3 seminars and 2 project stages.

For ME course stipend offered is 8000 INR. But for this candidate must have to qualify GATE exam before admission and you have stay in college also. No Part time.

As sinhgad is big institute placements are going well. Due to lack of jobs in markets all colleges facing same problem. You have to think out of your branch to get a job easily.

Sinhgad Karandak is very big event organised by main campus in every year. It is a cultural event. Rather than this various technical events are organised in every two months.

Fees are expensive. It is private college so fees are near about 85,000 INR for any course here. For medium class family it is feasible whose total income is above 40,000 per month.

Scholarship and loan facility are available. But it depends on type of loan and scholarship needed. Office procedures are late.

College campus is nice. Not haveing playground. Some faculty are nice and some are very bad. Wifi is poor. Events are organised by different sinhgad branches so technically good status.

Hostel rate are too expensive it is near about 56,000 per year including mess. 1 room haveing 3-4 students. Mess is not bad. BE and ME students are not allowed for hostel.

Still not haveing any alumni meet in this college. So I can not say anything about alumni network. But one thing I can tell that senior student may be same experience as I have.

Exam is strict. It is conducted as per rules and regulations of pune univesity. Classrooms are good no problem of anything expect sunlight and ventilation in some classrooms.

Some faculty are nice and some are very bad. This is condition in every college. I cant write name of faculties here. If information is needed you have do search on the basis of your network.
