Remarks

It was my best shot. I was unsure, and they had a year-long foundation course, so I could still make up my mind if this is what I truly wanted. It was a lucky shot, but worth it. Right now, I am doing animation and film design, and the wealth of insight and info I get here is probably most human-centric and community-based.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

I think NID has a good structure and a strong right knot community system, which when tapped into well, can act as a brilliant system of support and upheaval. The course syllabus could be more up to date and market-oriented, but at the same time, it is also thinking based and human-centric which works well for understanding the fundamentals of a design thinking and process. Also, NID is a place with a rich history, this having an abundance of good alumni and visiting faculties. It usually leaves you up with your devices, so most learning here happens from self-driven motivation and curiosity.

College Events

4

NID has a tight-knit community system when tapped in, can work well as a support system and a good place for starting conversations and inquiring insight. Has a good mix of cultural and college activities, and regulated sports events attended by the enthusiastic community. One thing they could do is to add more diverse events, and not always depend on students to keep fuelling them

Campus Life

3.5

The knowledge management centre at NID is absolute gold. Would totally recommend joining just so you get access to km. The facilities are good, work well for a comfortable day to day life. They could update some of their techs though.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am of ece branch and i believe the faculty of ece is fab. They are experienced and mojority of them have good skills of teaching. They will prepares us good for real world app as they are exprienced. Talking about the frequency and timing kind of after 2 months we have are mid semester then after 2 or 3 months we have our end semesters. Before these each these examinations we have are small quizzes of 10 marks and these are conducted 2 weeks before these big exams. Difficulty of exam depends on the subject it is. Say it is maths and physics you can assume it to be at a good level but some subjects are easy also and their exam level is kind of moderate.
