Remarks

Best infrastructure, its a state government university so everyone would love to study in a government institute, huge campus (600acres), single seated hostel facility for every student which means no issue of privacy, Green campus, 3 main auditoriums and 4 more in different departments.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

It good and other it depends on you that what type of student you are. If you are a hard working student then the faculties are good for you. I am an average student and teachers are fine some are supportive some are rude but at the end, your self study works.

Placement Experience

4

The placements are average. If you are an MBA student the placement is good but if you have an engineering background then you have to work hard. CS IT EC placements are good. but if are MTech student then you have to work hard.

College Events

5

campus life is great if you love to live in a hostel, evening walks around Sarovar around the meditation centre. a huge library which gives competition to Asia best library. Green all around, different playground for different sports activities and a huge indoor stadium with a space of 10000 people.

Fees and Financial Aid

our college offers different scholarship if you are a topper they offer you some amount of money to you, and also you can apply for the scholarship which is offered yearly to students for all SC OBC and GENERAL students h #, amount varies according to your category and marks in academics.

Campus Life

5

the campus is huge, you need a vehicle if you are little lazy, the size of the campus is around 600 acres which is huge, a Sarovar is situated in the centre of the blocks which is beautiful and unique, everyone will love the infrastructure.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

I am a hosteler, and here hostels are best if you can live without ac, a single room is allotted for every single student. there are 18 hostels -12 boys 6 girls, mess with average food quality and we have a complex with cafes and laundry and stationary services.

Placement Experience:

Form the beginning of very first year students are eligible for the campus placements. TCS, cognizant, wipro, are the some companies visited here. Highest package is 44 lpa in amazon which is off campus for software role. Placements % is quite medium if you are serious about skill then you will be get a path here to go ahead. Arround 60 to 70 is the placement % My plans after getting degree is to get a job.

Placement Experience:

No companies as here only lawyers of arbitration and other domains come to hire students. Most students though have PPO from their interning companies but not real 10-20 LPA placements for Galgotias and that i wish change because our university academics and the kind of learning that is provided is at par with that of NLUs.

Placement Experience:

Packages aren't as good or big as NLUs as 4-5 lakhs is median and just 25% students gets placements from University. Most students though go for litigation and I am also going to do the same as this is how I want to build my career and take it forward. Even LLM is also an option and GLA University is the one from where I will do, if I plan to do masters.

Placement Experience:

Average package at GLA University may range between 5-7 lakhs but one student has managed to get placements of 55 lakhs and that is still the record placement from GLA University campus Mathura. Around 70-75% students are placed every year but I will be preparing for GATE as my ambition are to be atleast post graduate if not a PHD.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum at Amity University is a well rounded blend of theortical principles and practical relevance that shaped my future career. There are modules like microeconomics, macroeconomics, econometrics and statistics that provide a strong formation for any future career opportunities in economics or finance. Additionally the presence of specialise subject like health economics, developmental economics, international trade, public policy and behavioural economics very highly appealing and something you would not find in other universities or/and government university. The inclusion of such modules got my attention because it promised to go beyond traditional economic subjects and focusing on the practical subjects that are also industry specific level of domain of economics. They were also research projects, data analysis classes, case studies throughout the three year course which allows students to apply and test their knoweldge that further enhance the value of the degree. There were also subjects like environmental sciences, psychology, communicative English which was made mandatory for students that help them shape their personality and adapt more to a corporate setting. The examination system is designed to assess the viability of skills and critically but the difficulty of exam especially towards the end of semester can create unnecessary pressure for students. There will be time that there will be last minute syllabus changes or additional chapters to be considered and there is no structured format of what you can expect in the written exam however there is a fair grading system though some students feel that instead of the exams there can be more emphasis on analytical side rather than modules that require rote learning.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Overall curriculum was good that they make proper schedules of classes and all but there was something lacking is that sometimes the professor was absent and we wasn't aware about that and sitting in that class without knowing they should inform us or make a proper arrangement for replacing of class with other teacher and also there was lacking of technology in studies I didn't remember how many times they used the projector for proper teaching.
