Remarks

Faculty is amazing, fees is low as it is a govt college, distance because this college is stated in my city. The faculty of this college is very supportive and helpful and kind.the alumni from these colleges have achieved great heights in their career and so inspired me to join this university.

Course Curriculum Overview

The curriculum is well updated and the faculties are well aware of the current affairs regarding the field they specialise in. Academic and faculty wise the psychology department is amazing.the curriculum is always updated within few years. And also are taught from new edition books as well. The faculty tries to teach each student at their individual level.

There are no placement options offered by the college.since i am at the BA level, no internships are offered as of now. And even if u want to have some job then you have to search for it on your own.

The extracurricular activities and events that take place in the college are nice. There are various types of events like literary fests, youth fest, competition in various fields likes arts, music, poetry etc.

The infrastructure is okay, not bad. You cant expect much from a govt college. The library and classes are well maintained. The infrastructure is getting under renovation as of now 2020. Since the college is made of from a palace, it gives of a little royal feeling from outside. But the inside is all normal like a college. But the campus has good gardens around it and amazing cafeterias.

It's the armed wings or forces where we are generally placed as our college is under governance of central government. So we are prepared that way and that is where we got jobs at an opening salary of 30k or so.

Yes, the placement rate can be low but definitely the field is promising if one prioritises growth, development and learning. Placement rate can be termed around 60-70% with monthly payment of 40-50000 rupees.

Life at MSU

Course Curriculum Overview:

In BA psychology, the course offers specialization in one subject and there were options such a clinical, industrial, sports, counselling and educational psychology. For grant in aid programme, only clinical, Industrial and counseling psychology is available as options. For Higher Payment programme, all options were available. There is no difference in grant in aid and higher payment except for fees and specialization options. Teachers are same and classroom are same. And HPP exams are held in the department of psychology while Grant In aid exam are held in different departments as per subject.

MSU- A PLACE FOR DREAMS

I had applied in two colleges 1) MSU 2) KMCA Commerec College and got opportunities in both college for admission. No i didn't get any rejection from other college as i had secured a very high marks. Admission process for colleges in gujarat is common and they are done through a website/portal names GCAS. Actual life at MSU as a barodian

since its a government college, administration is a lil slow. application process is purely online but then you have to visit offline to submit documents and selct uour subjects in faculty of arts. its better to have a contact in msu, a student, teacher or anything works but it makes the process easier. they still will guide you through everything even if u dont have a contact...Read More
