Since choosing amity was Convenient as it had quite a few advantage like was it was near my home, brand value was there, got selected simply by jee and no extra exam required, location was great, infrastructure was like Hogwarts

Course was simple and there was enough room for exploitation in research. Faculty were very motivated to find students fit for research. In my experience Mr ravindra kannojiya, ajay Sharma, ritesh srivastava, manish Kumar ojha were great. But how much students can take advantage of such things depends upon students

Bhel no stipend amount. Just fill a form pay fee and join it

There were plenty of companies which came to visit, I think total number of companies is around 200 which gives surplus opportunities for students. Some of the big names are Accenture, shell, Yamaha, Amazon etc. For core mechanical profile there were big players indigo, Hyundai and blue star. Max packages is 12 lpa upto my knowledge.

My campus life was mainly technical and I focused mainly on writing research paper and filing patents. I Have wrote 1 research paper and filed 3 patent out of which one was on my final year project. Apart from this as a part of curriculum we have also made a short film for behavioral science courses which we enjoy very much. I also joined shooting range but that didn't last very long

Campus is great and they are expanding it continuously. Currently it is of around 100 acre. Those red crimson buildings will not fail to give that Hogwarts feel. The library is also very finely made. Great architecture there. Sports facilities are also great. We have gym,sports ground, cricket net, basketball courts, tennis courts, badminton courts,swimming pool,shooting range and also indoor games like playstation, blowing, air hockey, TT, carrom, snooker and foosball.

No I didn't opt for hostel since it's room are very small and cramped in ac hostel. And it gets worse for bunk beds in that same hostel. 5 people share a bathroom in ac hostel. In non ac hostels rooms are big but 2-3 students share one room and for cooling there is nothing but a fan. And 8 students share a bathroom. I choose pg which cost 8500 a month for me staying single and it is average cost, in case of sharing it is around 4500. There are some very expensive pg which have rent more than 20,000 a month. And it's not easy to get hostel. The only good thing about it is that it has great security which is an important issue for girl's parents. And if students attendance fall short of 85 % then they will not get hostel for next year
