Remarks

The Main reason for joining this College was, it's the football field which I was attracted to the most, Since I am a sports Person and the College offers BBA, which very few College in the City provides that Course and the College has a good rating overall.

Course Curriculum Overview

The Courses BBA help us to gain more managerial Skills and I personally felt that faculty in ILEAD College are so much Experienced and the way of teaching is quite good, I would not say that every teacher only some, I like the way of teaching of Mr Debasis Dey Sir the most.

Class Size: 55Course Fees: INR 4000000 per year

Placement Experience

Currently I am in first Year so I don’t have much idea about the Placement of our College but I know from some of my Senior that our College doesn’t have a good Placement facilitates and very few Companies do visit our College and full procedure is followed before the placement.

College Events

We have events like Spotlight, Manageria and Sports events every year to show the togetherness of the College Different events take place during the Annual fest throughout for about a week, the Colleges get participants from all over Kolkata.

Campus Life

Its well maintained fully central air conditioning, we have an e library thats enormous,we have our own sports complex thats situated in a seperate building, the food of the canteen is good.we have our own photograp studios and theatres.

Stepping stone to success

Placement Experience:

Now i am pursuing BBA in final year, from the 3rd semester i gotten the opportunity for internship in Godrej. And many companies came here like Honda, Tata, Dhoot Transmission pvt ltd.etc.Atleast 90% student getting placement from here, company came here and selected the eligible students for their organization. Good for studying but should improve for recruitment

Placement Experience:

- Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.
