Remarks

The main reason for me to join this College was because of its academics and Social life of the College, the thing I like most about the College is their Campus, I had planned to do MBA after my Graduation, so MBA is best followed by BBA, the was the main reason for me to Opp BBA.

Mba is best followed by Bba, and in Bba we get almost all the basic knowledge of Mba and according to the syllabus it covers all the basic things of Mba, we were explained about the Campus placement during our seminar, We have good quality of teachers in our College, one the most valuable teachers of College is Debasis Dey.

During the Orientation of College, we were briefed about the placement, some Companies which do visits our Campus are, Red Fm because our College has a huge media students, they are placed upon the project and experience they have done through the academics and there is a Personal Interview.

ILEAD has a great Social life, there are huge no of events in our College and We have a Annual fest during the second month, when our College`s reopen in every even Semester, the fest not only haves just the cultural program but also it has events related to Academics.

Stepping stone to success

Placement Experience:

Now i am pursuing BBA in final year, from the 3rd semester i gotten the opportunity for internship in Godrej. And many companies came here like Honda, Tata, Dhoot Transmission pvt ltd.etc.Atleast 90% student getting placement from here, company came here and selected the eligible students for their organization. - Students become eligible for campus recruitment from the 5th semester. - Around 65% of students get placed during campus interviews. - The highest package offered to the BBA students is INR 4 LPA. The average package offered to the students is INR 3 LPA and the lowest is INR 2 LPA. - The top recruiters who visit the companies are Accenture, EY (Ernst & Young), Wipro Technologies LtdHDFC Bank Pvt Ltd, Deutsche Bank, Amazon.com Inc, Concentrix Corporation, Societe Generale, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, etc. - But still, improvement in place of recruitment is highly recommended. - I want to pursue MBA after and want to commit to the business.
