Entrance Preview

I had cleared AIEEE exam with 109 marks and got 45000 rank all over india .At that time,This college is known for its good campus placement,now it is no longer affiliated to MDU university.It becomes deemed university.College location and campus is also one of the attraction,beautifully designed near Arravali hills .In 2008, Process starts with online counselling and after that admission procedure starts.

Course Curriculum Overview

There are many courses you can opt for engineering in Manav rachna college. Apart from engineering there are many other courses as well available on the Mrce website. Mine was computer science and all the faculties were very much experienced. Computer science was not very tough as compared to electronics and mechanical.

Internships Opportunities

Info gain, TCS, capitalIQ,NIIT and many more. For internship,TCS provided 13000 per month with accommodation. Similarly i guess others also.it varied from company to company .

Placement Experience

In 2012, 65 percent students got placed, some were not eligible for campus placement due to backlogs.Companies were TCS ,Infogain,capitalIQ,NIIT etc. Package offered was appox. 3.5 lakhs.

College Events

There were large number of events organised in college at large scale.Cultural and technical fests were organised once in a year.Famous celebrities for the performances, also students were allowed to show their talents.But festivals were not celebrated there.

Fees and Financial Aid

I am not aware or such facility as I had not opt for any loans. No scholarships at my time. May be currently its different.

Exam Structure

Two internal exams per semester and one university exam .Labs were fully equipped and proper time given for the practical work.Exam days are always hectic but not lab work.

Faculty of Mrce was very good in teaching and postive towards learning. Experienced and friendly with students.Sometimes strict also for the internals.

Inside Mewat Engineering college : A detailed exploration of campus life, academics and beyond.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose this course because I am very fond of computers and mobile devices since my childhood and want to learn the work behind these smart gadgets. Overall faculty students ratio is good it is approximately 1:40. Most of the teachers are M.tech qualified from prestigious universities like Jamia and Aligarh and some PhD holders as well. As far as teaching is concerned, the overall methodology is good and don't expect some game changing scenarios. Most of the time, term exams happen in timely manner. Due to covid there was some sort of irregularities but now it is all good right now. Passing exams is not that much challenging if you have basic understanding of concepts and ability to apply them. Most of questions comes from previous year papers.

After completion of 3rd year students apply for internship and all . 24 lac is the highest and 4 lac is the average placement. Nearly 90% students get placed and all in good and reputed companies . I have planned to opt for MBA.

Excellent Surrounding and seniors

Remarks:

College is very good in studies, seniors are good, teachers are supportive but the sports department are not that much active. Well studies are good but sports is also important if that improves then the college is definitely in good remark

Too good college as I expected and is too much more distance from the Delhi so it's the only bad thing of this college. All thing are good. I loved it.

College: The stage where i live my life

Remarks:

The good thing is if once you entered the college you cannot go out until college over. And if you found bunking than faculty call the parents. The bad thing is in some water cooler water is not getting cooled and filtered.
