Remarks

Our college has a huge campus and full of greenery, good infrastructure, big libraries, canteen is also good. Good teaching staff, well experienced and co-operative as well, our college library has a good collection of books. Classrooms are big and well equipped with modern technologies, our campus also has a big playground. Boys hostel is inside the campus. Placements are also good.

Course Curriculum Overview

I chose this course because I had an interest in this course, the faculty is well experienced and co-operative, the teaching method of faculty is very effective. Highly qualified faculty some of them have a Ph.D. too, the staff is very friendly with students, clears every student's doubt easily.

Course Fees: INR 80000 per year

Fees for the Open category are Rs.80,000/-. Scholarships are also there for students

Campus Life

Overall campus life is good, annual fest, tech fest are conducted every year and well managed by students and faculty members, fests are promoted on the social platforms as well as in other colleges.

DY Patil college is best for placement and coding environment

Placement Experience:

The placement is good in Y Patil College. Many companies are come for hiring a student. Most of students are placed in fourth year from fourth year. The companies are started to come in campus and higher students. Also, in a third year, Student want to get internship in any companies from campus and from outside of the campus internship is compulsory in third year last semester The company are come in my college are Amazon Google infosys Microsoft WIpro and other companies hire students The highest package of last year of AI and DS department is a 42 lakh higher by Amazon is the highest package of the last year placement. Also, the average packages are six lakh. The percentage of getting Student place in companies are nearly 92%

We have a great Training and placement cell , they first help for inturnship in 3rd and 4th year and also invites top componies for placements in our collage. 6th or 7th sem students are eligible for placements. 80% studnets among the eligible get placed. I will try to get a dencnt job too.

From the 7th semester onwards students are eligible for campus placement drive. Companies that often visit campus for placement include ONGC, GAIL, IGL, IOCL, NRL, SAIL, Hindalco, Carin oil and gas, Reliance, Vedanta, Tata Power, Nyara, Tata projects and many more oil and gas industries, metal industries. The highest package: is 24 lpa ( given by ONGC) and the average package: is 13 lpa for Fire and safety profiles. Usually, all students get placed in the placement drive. I will do the job in the company I got placed in.

And the current is very near to my house so there is less time waste in traffic and travel. I’m happy with our college

I have applied to many colleges. I have availed no quota for admission. Admission criteria were 45% above marks in each. (10+12/Diploma) passed. Also, there are special criteria for a particular branch. More than marks higher branch. For admission, you have to register for the cap round. If students have required marks according to the cut off list for a particular course they will get selected. Once toe gets selected have to visit the college and submit all original documents. A semester is of 6 months. In total there are 8 semesters and exams are accordingly. Passing is quite easy but scoring good marks is a real struggle. The faculty is very nice. Also the faculty is so supportive, helpful. Most faulty is best qualified and teaching excellent. After all, you have to study on you're own because you are taking a degree now....Read More
