Course Curriculum Overview

0.5

To be frank, I didn't learn anything new from there lectures, unskilled teachers and improper teaching, no career guidance, no campus placements, the teachers are the previous of the alumni themselves they are without any good teaching background only know to repeat the same thing.

Placement Experience

0.5

They don't provide placements, I studied civil engineering no companies come for placement, haha to be frank internship is strict but we need to find our own company.

College Events

0.5

Once in a year our college conducts a technical fest, it was conducted on a high budget many students and staffs from other colleges visit the fest, we named the fest aa FOTIOS, I don't know what that means, but some of the students show interest in that.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I studied a bachelor of technology in civil engineering the fees were different for management quota and government quota, management quota 500000 INR for 4 years, for government quota it's just around 25000inr for 4 years, hostel charges are separate.

Fees and Financial Aid

I don't have any scholarship, so how I can describe availing it, students mainly take educational loans.

Campus Life

3.5

Extracurricular activity includes social service, college cricket and basketball. Actually, there was no problem regarding gender colour or race all are treated very well, there was no politics. There were no dorm parties at all, middle class students are mostly seen on the campus.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

I am a day scholar, but the hostel is hygienic and well maintained, the warden was friendly. Three people come in one room, the average rental for one month is around 5000rs, including both food and stay.

Alumni/Alumna

I literally hate my college, staff, students and the premises, I don't keep any relation with seniors, all are fed up with there life.

Admission

I am selected through the Kerala engineering entrance exam, I am qualified with good marks in both entrance and higher secondary it was during mid the year 2013 I joined caramel, that was one of the worst decisions in my life, there are no special factors that compel me the only good thing it's near to my home.

Faculty

0.5

The majority of the staffs are previous alumni of our college itself they don't know teaching techniques and never give internal marks, some of them are so cunning, no friendly atmosphere, very choosy, lazy and unskilled bunch of teacher, hate them.

Placement Experience:

The placement cell of the college is very active. You can get internships starting 2nd year and placements starting 3rd year. About 75% of people get placed. Many MNCs like Texas Instruments are consistent hirers. The highest package of 2025 for my course is 1 crpa. The average is about 7 lpa. A student can get 5,6 offers. I plan on higher studies abroad because I want to learn more in-depth about the course.

Placements are really good. Since college is related to ISRO maximum students with cgpa above than 7 are elligible for ISRO interviews and are selected based on their performance. Apart from ISRO many campanies like Texas Instruments, UTS, Mercedez , also come here for recruuitment. Many also opt for M.tech and MBA after graduation

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible for placement from the 7th semester and internship from 3rd semester. You can apply for internship on your own right from first semester but college gives aid from 3rd semester. The major recruiter is ISRO which offers 40-45 jobs for aerospace engineering. Also other companies like CDac Airbus Boeing and DRDO and HAL visit for recruitment. Nearly 85-90% students get placed while some opt for Higher education and research too. My primary goal is to get into ISRO also I will be preparing for gate examination to complete my IIT dream.

I only have postive thoughts about that campus. The campus helped me to remove my pre-occupations, inhibitions, fear etc. It gave a lot of memorable moments, large number of friends. The most special thing about the college is those memorable friendships with the faculties whos understand students very well.
