My college is really great

Overall its a good college to study dentistry and the knowledge that one can gain studying from here is really helpful to survive later.

This college might not have a great cultural environment but provides us with everything needed to enrich our knowledge in dentistry. The staff, infrastructure, equipments and everything is all perfect to let you gain a to z in dentistry. The faculties are really helpful and friendly.

As we all know this professional course has nothing called placement from any college, its all dependent on how precise you are with your working skills and theoretical knowledge. During the internship period we are allowed to treat a lot of patience to gain more experience and knowledge.

All the events that are celebrated all over the year in India are wonderfully celebrated in our college. Conferences are very frequently held to help us gain more experience and confidence in learning and sharing knowledge. Contests in our field of dentistry are also held.

It is a bit expensive in private colleges as the course involves a lot of expensive materials and equipments. Every single thing in dentistry is costly and thus explains the reason behind the high fee structure. We can pay our fees either by mode or demand drafts, cheques or online transactions.

No, our college doesnot provide any scholarship. But eductaional loans can be availed by requesting for a bonafide certificate from college administration and then producing it in the respective banks.

Girls are predominant in this field of medical science. It is almost in the ratio 3:2 girls Vs boys. Extracurricular activites are ample, well equipped labs are available and sports is not much entertained in our college as we dont have a proper playground.

Seniors are really helpful. They always try to help us with whatever we need, be it academic or any other issue.

Sree balaji dental college is one of the best colleges to pursue dentistry in chennai. I got into this college by qualifying in NEET. After the NEET qualification, I just followed the online counselling procedure and I selected this college in my preference list. once the counselling process begun, I got allotment letter and bingo.

There are at least 4-5 experienced senior lecturers in each departments making it to almost 30-35 lectures in 8 departments and they are almost all MDS and higher degree qualified. They have hell lot of knowledge to guide us through whatever we need in our course.
