The course curriculum was tough. But it was quite interesting and useful. The duration of the course was around 3 years. The curriculum includes Thesis work, comprehensive examination, open seminars, practical, laboratory work. Field visit was an integral part of the curriculum.

Most of the students after completing their course are very successful in their own fields. Placement opportunities was very less in our institute. But the career aspects and job opportunities was very good. After completing the course we can get jobs in various areas as Medical technologists, Bio-technologist, bio-chemist, Forensic biologists etc.

The fees structure was quite feasible. In every six month we have to pay around 25000 rupees which includes admission fee, tuition fees, laboratory fees, library fees etc. Hostel fees was not included in the total fees. The fees was manageable to pay for all the students.

The institute encourages the students to participate in various Extracurricular activities. Many activities like plantation programme, blood donation camp, workshops, sports activities , cultural activities, literary activities are organized keeping in mind the physical and mental development of the students.

There are separate hostels for both boys and girls. The hostel was inside the college campus. There was 24 hours security outside and inside the hostel campus. The hostel provides many facilities like Free Wi-Fi connection, solar water facility, water purifier facility, DTH Facility, dining hall etc.

To get admission in this course, one should qualify their Master degree in biological science from a recognised university. Students should also have a valid National level fellowship like NET, JRF /SRF will be eligible for getting admission . Lastly there will be an interview round. Selection will be on basis of performance in the interview.

Faculties of our institute are the most talented professors. They treat each and every students as their own child. Teachers gives more importance on the practical knowledge. They help and encourage us a lot.
