The surrounding of the institute is surrounded by hills and mountains. Besides these many facilities provided by the institute are library, cafeteria, common rooms, hostel facilities, free wifi facilities, laboratory etc. Both teaching and non teaching staff are very helpful and supportive.

The course curriculum is modified and updated regularly according to its recent technology. It is a twelve month diploma course. The curriculum includes principles and applications of plant tissue culture. Laboratories are there for help of the students.
