It is the best college in our city. When one comes to Visakhapatnam if anyone asks about college then only name you hear about is Gitam.

GAT 2012 examination to get an admission in Gitam university. It is an online examination. And according to ranks obtained we are placed as per the vacant seats in the group available.

Civil engineering is very interesting. Included every aspect of civil engineering in detail. Now after finishing this course I am more interested in my course than I was before. Initially I wanted to do cse now I feel lucky to have taken civil

We got many core companies as well as software companies like wipro TCS infotech L N T Ramboll etc. College internship we were given a month for internship and also industrial tour which included visit to few companies in the country.

I got placed in my core company. Initially I was offered less but had great scope of work which has shaped my career into a new level.

Many technical and cultural fest are conducted in our college every year by different departments. The fest conducted by foriegn trade department is the best of all fests in our college.

It is quite fair for the facilities provided by our college. It is 1.08 per annum at my time. For management candidate it is 2LPA. It is a fair choice to join in Gitam because you have 100% guaranteed placement

Scholarship is provided to candidates whose parents income is less than 2LPA. They provide 20000 per month to those candidates.

We have table tennis. lawn tennis courts, cricket ground basketball court, foot ball. Robotics is also a part in our college for those interested to learn about it. We have fully equipped laboratory.

I was not a hostler so I don't have idea about ambience at hostel and mess charges but with what I have heard about it from my friends is that they are happy in hostel no problem with food and warden. They ensure the girls at hostel are safe.

As usual we have fresher party and farewell party to maintain and gain relationship with seniors and juniors. Teachers also take a major role in uniting students of all years together.

No. We have a liberal schedule of examination. And not to get crowded in laboratory. We have two batches for lab exam.

They are very friendly. They guide us in evry step of ours. They help us in every aspect. We are more like friends and share a same Auto. They even give us little freedom to come late to class in case of emergency.
