Remarks

The college is taken up by students who just failed to get the so called better colleges in Mumbai and Pune but this college is way better than the newly opened colleges in Mumbai. The only negative point is the hostels which are crowded and don't have good sanitation.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The first years are following the revised MCI curriculum which makes the learning more clinically oriented. The standard books followed all over India are used in the college. The exam structure is followed as per MUHS guidelines. 3 internal exams consisting of theory and viva followed by final University exams.

Placement Experience

4

Most students don't go for jobs after the course and prepare for NEET PG. The curriculum itself has one year compulsory internship to be done in the civil hospital after completion of the course. The college provides the resources needed for the same. The stipend is as per rules of Maharashtra government about Rs8000 pm.

Also their is a well equipped gym available in the campus. The college labs are adequately equipped for students, also students can pursue their own research in labs with permission of faculties.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network is pretty strong and the college is able to use the alumni fund for improvement of infrastructure. The seniors are like elder brothers who always help during examinations by giving important topics. They also take care if you are ill and take you to the hospital.

Admission

First medical entrance exam i.e NEET has to be given. Then after results there is a common admission process all over the state. Here you have to fill in the college preferences. This has 3-4 rounds of admission.
