Remarks

Placement is taken care for engineers, not for MBA or MCA students.

Entrance Preview

PGCET entrance exam I wrote and I got 960th ranking out of 40,000 plus candidates. Exam would be tough. This college is one among 10 good colleges in Bangalore.

Course Curriculum Overview

3

Fantastic, It was helpful in interacting with people, improving presentation skill, communication skill, analytical skill etc. Also, our college has good reputation in the surroundings.

Internships Opportunities

Intern-ship was done outside. It was in Reliance Mutual Fund. No stipend is there for us.Campus does not offer intern-ship. We have to go out and find the opportunity.

Placement Experience

2.5

No good job for MBA. Placements is good for IT, E & Y, HUL and Socgen come to MBA campus for selection. But they do not hire more than 2.

College Events

3.5

Marathon-150 students went for it.Annual day would be awesome, Entire ground gets filled that day.Sports event and cultural events happen often. Alumni group created in Wassup is very active.

Fee Structure And Facilities

For PGCET exam result based students get advantage of less fees. But students coming with other competitive exams have to pay huge in lakhs. It covers books, magazines and transportation.

Fees and Financial Aid

Scholarship is available for merit students.Loan facility is not available for education. For PGCET exam result based students get advantage of less fees, so no need for loan. But students coming with other competitive exams have to pay huge in lakhs.

Campus Life

4

More girls are there. Hostel is really good and North Indians are more. Sports facility is awesome.Lab is of huge space with modern instruments.Less politics can be seen.Merit matters, not race or gender.

Hostel Facilities

3

Food is really tasty, healthy and hygienic. I never fell sick after eating food in hostel. All general facilities including water, wifi, electricity backup etc are really good.

Alumni/Alumna

They are social and helpful. They are still in touch with me. Regarding job openings, they helped juniors a lot. They plan trips, tours, vacations and we are invited for all these activities.

Exam Structure

Its fine. Question Paper never got leaked so far.Strict and no malpractice can be seen in the exam.

Faculty

3

Faculty is of average performers. But, they are not well skilled in teaching, presenting case study etc. But due to less payment to teachers, faculty keeps changing.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would like to rate the course 7 out of 10. Because as these is a distance learning many difficulties occur. I am doing a MBA in ksou after my graduation in b. Com. As ksou comes under UGT it is more helpful for the job seeker. As per my knowledge the faculty should conduct a more classes may be through online so that the working people can attend the classes from wherever they want. There are many distance learning courses in ksou academic platform but they are not handling in a accuracy. They take a lot of time to announce a results, even to conduct a exams they take a lot of time. The question paper are sometimes difficult and the question will be from out of syllabus which will be difficult to attend. Distance learning course is difficult to manage

Admission:

Admissions are granted on the basis of PGCET conducted by the VTU university in order to offer admissions to a PG program. I applied for the MBA program by downloading the form. You have to pay the application form fee, as well. After that I was called for the counselling process. The management was very much supportive during the admission process.
