My college is good with the kind of academic and infrastructure facilities as well as the efforts that is needed to provide highly competitive learning environment for the students along with other facilities for leisure activities such as swimming pool sports arena basketball tennis volleyball courts sports ground gym, canteen,manch,etc. There are areas of improvement as well on which college committees are working to overcome those shortcomings in order to lead the way of providing higher education in the country.

Course curriculum is in line with the guidelines of the department of higher education that seems good enough. And Exam structure involves internal as well as external ealuation that involves assignment projects presentations group activities class performances as well as attendance on the other hand external evaluation involves exam of 75 marks based on course.As far as relevance is concerned i think that it is relevant research driven and fair in a matter that it involves learning of hard skills as well as soft managerial skills that aids in quick quality decision making. There is no doubt that MBA course is known for its highly professional learnings and behaviour imparted among the students and my college is in the same direction of achieving that excellence through their continous efforts and activities along with real time ground level practices to understand the administration from the bottom root to top level management.

Campus provides good enough opportunities for students for placement in healthy corporate world being in different specialisation such as Marketing Finance Human resources. There is a corporate resources centre (CRC) established for the purpose of focusing on the placement of employability of the students and help them overcoming the difficulties that comes in their path to reach their dream companies.

Total 16 functions occured during our time in a year. The fests is generally organised by 3 Rd years. Annual techno cultural fest that is horizon is quite grand, it includes participants from lots of colleges in Odisha for all the events concluding the three days fest with dj night with famous dj shadow Dubai and celebrities like Gajendra Verma, Harshit Saxena, dj Shireen

Fees structure involves the academic fees development fees examination fees maintenance fees, etc. My fees for the batch of 2018 - 2020 is Five lakh twenty nine thousand 529000 for the enture course. The mode of payment is through demand draft, challan, debit & credit cards, cheque, paytm.

Yes the college has a provision for giving the scholarship to the studious students or performers. They provide concession in the academic fees as part of scholarship program as follows 25 Percent concession for 70-80 percent marks 50 percent to those scoring 80-90 percent marks 100 percent to those scoring above 90 percent marks. I was given 25 Percent concession in academic fees based on my graduation performance.

As compare to other IP college thsi college is much better.We have various clubs like eco club, culutural club, sports club, social club whih organise alot of activities amd events regularly to exehrate the extra carricular knowledge and talent. You can join different sports and can play on high levels too. You can participate in different competitions on state level also. But there is no such activities regarding politics etc.

No I had not opted for hostel but came to know with my friends about the facilities provided by the college for hostel students which is as follows. There is seperate hostels available for boys and girls. There is both male and female warden to solve the hostel issue. Availablity of laundry services,mess for food. Sharing of common room among 2-3 individual. Fire extinguishers, tanks, playing courts, gym, swimming pool, etc.

There is a good experience and exposure with the seniors in terms of their performances, activities, careers goals, outings, and many more. They are given opportunities at regular intervals to take classes for us on the topics they have good knowledge and experience based on course curriculum. As far as alumni are concerned they are also contacted on regular intervals in order to share their experiences of the corporate world and making us aware about the complexities and dynamics of the volatile uncertain complex ambiguous corporate world.

After Completing my graduation in BBA curriculum i decided to continue my studies with the masters degree in business administration so i started to find out the colleges that doesn't consider entrance tests afterwards evaluation of different alternative i decided to take admission in MRIIRS. For which i visited the college they take my through the registration process followed by a test afterwhich i submitted my testimonials for completing the process.

When it comes to the faculty of our college it can be said that they are highly qualified professionals as almost everyone of them holds doctorate degree in their respective field. Also they reflect their knowledge and skills in the lectures as well as outside off the lectures with their continuous efforts and timely response to the queries in order to ensure competitive learning environment among the students. They are well updated with the dynamics that happens all around the world and helps us to prepare for these accordingly.
