Some estate land, jewelry, or any of the assets of your property have to be mortgaged to the bank for security reasons and after repayment of the loan, you get the rights back. You'll also need a person of trust outside your family who will sign the loan papers as a witness. Some bank managers hesitate to provide any service due to the burden of work and paper-work they have to under-take for your loan. Thus, your duty here is to pressurize the manager, plead him, visit him frequently until he agrees. If the bank manager is not movable at all, you've got all rights to complain about this to higher officials of the bank: Only if the bank does provide loan.

Hostel Facilities

3

When I got into this college, in the hope of making new friends, I talked to everybody on the floor (you should at least know everybody on your floor and their rooms). You will find that everybody is so nice, but that's not true. They are also having the same feelings of a good start in the hostel like you. After that there will be groups divided based on many things. You will find people of your mindset and befriend them, just do not befriend everybody out of excitement and do not share everything. You will regret it later. Take it steadily. There will be anime fans, tv series fans, some groups will consist people of same state or same ethnicity. That's one of the good things about this place: diversity.

Faculty

3

The faculty are well experienced and knowledgeable. They have the depth and clarity in the subjects they teach. The average age of the faculty is around 35 years and the minimum qualifications are PhD. The subjects they teach and the on-field experience they have is a very important asset as this allows them to teach the students in not just a textbook method but also impart practical and research driven knowledge

The specific aspect which is great future on IT Field of the curriculum that influenced my decision to choose the course. The curriculum prepared me to solve tough real-world logical aptitude test and coding test. The course curriculum is only based on the theory in several areas. My suggestion is to improve that too in practical manner for better real-world understanding. The frequency and the timing of my exams along with my perspective on the difficulty level is 2hrs.
