Remarks

The worst college and I don't want to reccomend anyone

Course Curriculum Overview

2

The course duration was 4 years and there was lack of experienced professors where mtech freshers were recruited more to explain the subjects and teaching standards were poor. No industrial trips were provided. Students on their own will power cleared the internal assessments and university exams. Overall I neither gain knowledge nor the curriculum helped to become a professional. It gave me an experience of how one important decision screwed 4 years of precious education life.

Placement Experience

0.5

Not even provided a single placement opportunity. Although they provide placements for tech support, mass recruitment won't happen. Very few companies come here to provide internship or placements. Students on their own talent get placed through off campus recruitment

College Events

0.5

Just for a formality they provide a seminar for each semester which they feel is a waste of time and also they do inter college fest known as kalavaibhava which was a good event. Students participate in it huge numbers it takes place for about 3 days for each event having a nominal entry fee.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible and they do provide transparency in the fee breakdown.

Fees and Financial Aid

I have not applied for any scholarship. College did provide scholarship for sc st students and I have least information regarding the procedure.

Campus Life

2.5

Labs were of very good standards and not enough place for sports activities. Not encouraging for sports activities. There was no discrimination against gender religion caste, creed and racism. Had equal punishment for every one for whatever wrong reasons

Alumni/Alumna

One of the alumni and a senior met on day one of the college and he felt pity on me that I entered the jail and 4 years of precious life would be screwed. Alumni and seniors were very helpful as the college atmosphere made us much more United.

Admission

1. Wrote Karnataka common entrance test 2. Got a rank in CET 3. WENT to counseling to select the college and course 4. Based on the counseling, the admission was done with a tuition fee of 13k 5. Overall the process was very smooth to get into the college

Faculty

2

The faculty were very poor, although the ratio of teacher to student was 1:10 but the quality was not upto the mark. Students on their own will passed the exams. Not a good college to gain knowledge from the faculty.

Placement Experience:

We enter the placement at the end of 3rd year almost at 4th year(6th to 7th semester). The placement cell organizes various traning program, including mock interviews, group discussions, and communication skills workshops. Past 3 to 4 years more than 10 companies per year offered hiring 100+ students. But over the year the companies have come down and providing les opportunities. Companies like TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Accenture, etc recruite students from this college. The highest package is 25LPA and the average package is around 6LPA. Due to the increase in the rate of admission, the percentage has been decresed. Almost 25 out of 100 students are getting placed in this college. After getting degree, I will try my level best to get placed in campus itself. If not, I am interested more in Competitive exams, I will focus on it.

Placement Experience:

From the7th sem onwards campus placements are put in place for btech students. Many companies such as microsoft, google, BMW, mercedes, accenture and others look for students here. The top 100 of each branch get the highest packages with the average of that being 22lpa for the cce branch. The rest of the students that are placed have an average salary of 14 lpa. Almost all the students are placed with the placement rate being around 90% for my branch. I plan on working for 2 years after getting placed and then pursuing an MBa degree abroad to further my tenure as a valuable asset to whatever company takes me under their wing.
