As a student I am very happy to be the student of this institution it is primarily located well connected all over the himachal pradesh students come here to gain knowledge it.

This institute will give you a lot of theory and practical knowledge which help you to achieve your goals the institute have very good infrastructure good playing area with almost all sports equipment and field Annual sports meets are organised many intramural activities are held at institute. The institute will make us very good at every thing whether it is knowledge, grooming, personality, quality and improve your leadership quality

Yes our institute offers internship in well ranked companies all over the world In my course institute will send me for internship two times during my whole course First after my graduation and after masters too After second internship I well be placed in well reputed company

Many Tourism week in this whole week is celebrated as festivals in this week different types of events and cultural activities are ordmganised Cleanliness drive is conducted Tree plantation drive is conducted And many more activities are organized in this week Leadership development camp In this students are trained for the tough conditions And how to survive in Harsh conditions

Fees are very affordable in subsidized category it's about 15 to 30 thousand annually And for non subsidized it is about 35 to 50 thousands annually There so additional fee to give the institute will forgive of any student is unable to pay th fee scholarships are available to needy students Fees is APROX 10,000 per semester which mean 20,000 annually

There is lot of scholarship programs in the institution provided by the government of himachal pradesh and government of India But I have not opted for any scholarship so I dont know much about it

There is no discrimination on any bases weather gender, caste and greed the ratio of boys and girls are approximately equal in institute. Parties are organised every months Cultural programmes goes on all the year Students from all over the world come here for education politics is there in institute but elections are banned due to security reasons. The institute is well know all over the world as it is located in shimla district of himachal pradesh as it is once British capital it is well known all over the world Many of the buildings of institute are of time of 20 century and incidence time of india.

There is well organised hostels for students but only for post graduate courses there are about 3000 rooms for students and divided in different category 24 hr police survice Special police service only for institute and campus The hostel are located at 5 minutes walking distance from institute and in the hill top it is covered by cedar trees all over which makes the surrounding very beautiful The hostels of girls and boys are very far from each other for security reasons.

The seniors are now well settled many are working at good posts at good companies and many had started there own businesses in this field and they are also going very good

I opted for travel and TOURISM management course as there are lot of scopes in himachal pradesh. And TOURISM industry is one of the fastest growing industry in India especially in Himalayan region so thad the reason I opted for this course I opted this institute as this is the biggest education institution in our state. The admission process is as follow - first of all you have to fill online applications form in month of April and may -you will receive admit card 10 -15 days before entrance exam. -give the entrance, simple as question are divided into 4 parts gk, mathematics, English, reasoning on a or sheet -after a week the result is announced of entrance exam -top 50 are selected for group discussion and interview -on the bases of performance of students in group discussion and interview the final result is announced. - 30 students are finally selected for the course - in which 20 students are in subsidized category and 10 in non subsidized category

In one year there are 2 semester in each semester you will have 5 to 6 subjects In each semester there are about 70 lectures of each subjects The exam are also based on which you have tought in the class In exam you have given 10 questions out of which you have to do 5 caring 12 marks each The answers should be in points and well explained it means it need quantity as well as quality in your answers
