Remarks

Good college but is more friendly to people with money as there us more amount of rich students than middle class students. Friendly faculty and helpful staff with decent exposure to patients as well good internship provided

Course Curriculum Overview

The college encourages a lot of academic works that the students come up with out of their own interest. There are three continuous internal assessment in a semester. We totally write 6 courses. There is variation regarding the the stream we choose in our course.

Placement Experience

College provides internship to all students passing out. Gives enough exposure for higher education in diff countries. Intership provided is on 1 year with stipend 0f approx 20, 000rs per month is given to interns

College Events

So the events organized are 1)afternoon is a medical fest which happens in August which includes various medical knowledge related activities like reasearch presentation and workshops 2)Iqmu its is a medical quiz 3)invictus inter medical college fest which has diff colleges competing in sports and cultural activities

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is bit on the expensive side with 8 lakhs per annum for general category and for nri it is 30 lakhs per annum and the courseis 4 and half years. So total cost comes around 40lakhs for general and 1. 5 crores for nri

Fees and Financial Aid

The college gives full scholarship to people who get a rank below 2000 in neet and gives partial scholarship based on fathers income upto a rank of 5000 in neet. Also there is sports scholarships for people who eexcel in sports

Campus Life

Gender ratio is more towards the girls like 55 to 45 there are frequent parties and student from various states are present letting us learn a lot. A very open minded public accepting ofall various programmes occur which causes give us exposure to people from other colleges

Hostel Facilities

There are a lot of options when it comes to hostel. From second year, we are allowed to choose the hostel that we want. Hostel rooms are available with and without bathrooms. There is a basketball court. There is a gym and general stores and juice shop located inside the hostel.

Alumni/Alumna

Well interaction qithseniors is helpful as they suggest us what to do and also tips anand trucks for exam. Aluminium on the other hand help in providing us info in how to go further after mbbs by giving info usmle plab amd neet pg

Admission

So admission to kmc is based on the neet rank. Once you get the rank we have to apply for counseling where after a few days you get allotted the college based on you prefrences and rank. Then if you like to college we need to go there and then submit original documents like the passport aadhar card 10 and 12marksheet and certificate and also confirm the payment amount. Then the give an allotment letter which means admission process is completed

Faculty

Faculty is good and pretty helpful. They help us in both curricular and extra curricular activities. They teach pretty well using diff techniques like projectors small group teaching etc very knowledgeable and approachable profeesors

Mbbs course is one of the high respective course. We want to face many struggles during exams. But in future we will become excellenct doctor. Exams are not that much tough, but still passing marks in mbbs course is 40% (cbme curriculum). Last year it was 50% passing marks.
