Entrance Preview

I have written and passed EMACET, but i could not get a expected course. I have taken the interview with AMA college of engineering Administrate Officer. He asked me why you choose the Mechanical and i have given the answer as My aim is to join in BARC

Internships Opportunities

We did not get the chance at campus, at that time there is no company offered. So we have struggled a lot. Finally i got a job in Software field. Now i feel happy.

There is no placements in our college at that time, but i am not sure about present situation. now I hope my college is grown up baby.

College Events

There is no events celebrated at our time, but later on i heard about some events has been conducted. We lost the chance. Any how hope future batches may enjoy.

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's feasible, we are using semester wise system, so it could be feel cool. Total amount of the fee is 32500, in that we have to pay in two terms.

Campus Life

Every student have extracurricular, since it is a way to re-charge the mind. In my experience i don't have such scenario. So that we have planned at our end and enjoined a lot.

Exam Structure

It's bad, there is no internal and labs are too worst. Since there is lab practicals taken care. finally the promote us.

Time and Future

Placement Experience:

Placements starts from the 7th semester.companies Like tcs,wipro,zoho,infosys vist. The highest packages is 24lap,average 3lpa and around 85%of student get placed. I plan to start my career in IT and gain experience.

Placement Experience:

There are companies but the companies that were told that the good ones, they didn't come so much.. only a few companies that gave a package above 5 lakhs came in for my department.. the rest of them were either 4 lakh package or below it was not very good. even the 1 or 2 good companies that came tehy came for electrical.

Why SRM is better than other collages.

Placement Experience:

So from 6-7th semester they offers placements before that we have placement training in campus.So highest package for 2024 was 45 to 50 lpa,good offer given by amazon and other company also.So the average package is 7.5 lpa and highest package was 50 lpa.so 925 application are accepted in last 2 monts .My plans to get job and then after 2 years may be for higher study or startups.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum of each course is different and it is followed by the guidance of Anna university, we have several topics and it is under the regulation of 2021 respectively, I feel this easier to learn and there comes an opportunity to do what we learn in theory hour in our laboratory hour it will make more connected to our course, but there is lagging factor that is we are far away from the modern world and we need to put effort to compete with. The exams are not difficult and the frequency of the exam is quite manageable.

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 3rd year for placements and also who don't have standing arrears ,if they have standing arrears the clg management will remove them from placements and also the Placements are very poor . The average package is 350000/year . And the maximum package is 15L Last year nearly 100 students out of 180 in cse dept are non-placed , they are forced to write higher studies letter and submit in college . Even though they won't help for any placement side.

least expensive colleges. The semester fees would be 8000+ for odd semesters and 11000+ for even semesters based on the courses. The hostel fee would be 11000+ for an year and mess fee comes around 800+ every month. Overall the expenses for four years would not exceed 1.5 lakh....Read More
