I opted for this college because of the following reasons 1) Unprecedented Industry patronage: CU ha forged industrial alliances with top MNC worldwide which ensures high educational standards. 2) Global exposure; Internationalization strategy ensures this perspective in everything we do. CU has world-class academics who have wide-ranging influence and are champions for international activity.

Course Curriculum Overview

It's a three-year course in which there are general subjects taught in 1st year and in 2nd-year students has to opt for the specialization. In 3rd year students has to select the additional subject. Faculties are trained and well qualified with good experience in their fields.

Placements and internships are the USP of Chandigarh University. Students are prepared for the interviews and skills are developed so that they get recruited to a good company.

My Honest Experience at DAVIET

Placement Experience:

In btech form the 8th semester students become eligible for campus placements. the highest placement is for 70,00,000 Lpa in btech. students of MBA also hold chances for placements. The placements are not in big 4 but still in genuine and great companies.

Ok everything is nice but one subject human values i hate that subject so much it's not relevant to our cource but still we have to study it it on of the worst subject out there rest are quite relevant for mu bcom cource there are 3 exams 2 mst easy and 1 final still ongoing

Cource curriculum relevant. Provide with practical and theoretical knowledge. But needs some improvement with the teaching method. That is need of some projector in the classrooms. Placement Experience:

They provide placement in last year of course. The students visited the Reliance stores, amazon, icici prudentials etc. , Highest package given is 7 lac per annum and average is 5 lac per annum. 80% Students got placements each year. My plans is to pursue my llb degree in khalsa college of law amritsar after completing bcom degree and part time job

100% placement at USB CU!

I completed my BBA from CU and really liked this university because of it's amazing infrastructure and the kind of high level education and practical skills they were providing. It was already decided that I wanted to pursue an MBA program in the long run. I took CAT and was able to score as per CU criteria and I was an alumni of this college only so I was given preference, although the admission was done on merit basis.
