Course Curriculum Overview

The course is very latest. All the study material related to the course is very reliable. The facts and the knowledge provided in the material is upto the specific mark. Also, the University conduct classes for short duration which will help a student to get the concepts clearly.

Placement Experience

The reputation of the University is very high. Many big companies and industries come ever year to hire students. Companies like tech Mahindra, Nestle, Accenture etc. hire students from the University and provide high package which can go upto 10-15 lakhs on average.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very affordable to the students. It cost me around 32,000 when I took admission in B.sc and this fee includes all the requirements like study packages, practical conduction, weekly classes etc. So, it is very genuine fee for a reputed University like this.

Campus Life

The activities are conducted on the monthly basis where students and teachers interact and gained so much of knowledge. Practical classes are organised by the college so that a student can get some applicable knowledge as well.

Alumni/Alumna

All the teachers are highly qualified. They are humble are cooperative when it come to interacting with the students. Also, they are available if a student has any kind of doubt. They share their mail IDs and contact numbers so that a student would feel free to approach.

Admission

The admission process of the college is based upon the marks that a student got in the previous qualified education. The list is published by the college as soon as admission deadline gets. The chances of getting the name in the list is quite high required that the documents provided by a student is genuine.

Faculty

Faculty and all the staff of the University are very cooperative. All the teachers whom I met guide me through the overall process and suggest me a lot about the future plans and opportunities. The practical classes are quite fun as well as knowledge gaining.

My College Review

Fees and Financial Aid:

64500 is the semester fee , and with scholarship it's 50000 per semester, and with bus fee it is total of 65000. And scholarship is applicable above 70% and around total of 1,000,00 is paid. And with COI in Sikkim it's about 25% scholarship.

Course Curriculum Overview:

-Chemistry is a fun subject which applies both pratical and theoretical aspect of learning.Its easy to grasp the context of you have good visualisation and listening ability -Lets face is Natural sciences in Bachelor's won't really prepare you for anything except your masters degree, which you will have to appear in NET for anyways -The course curriculum could be much more simplified and linear, it is extremely difficult to find any material online to study, hence if you miss a few classes your are doomed. Visual learning and more infrastructure would be much more appreciated -in my opinion the exams are way too frequent as mentioned before 3 exams per semester= 18 exams for your 3 year B.Sc course Keep in mind is is pre NEP -

Placement Experience:

From 5th semester students become eligible for campus placements. As currently I'm at 3rd semester I don't have idea about placements and all. The only thing I know is that if you have excellence academic performance you will get great placement which is other word you can say students with high performance in their course will get great placements.

Just go to the distance learning centre, ask for the admission form and yes you got your admission. Only you must have your 12th marksheets with required subjects. There's no reservation benefits in distance learning. And also there's nothing like any placements....Read More
