The system of examination that is followed under the course is the semester wise system of examination. As per the system in total 6 semester examination are conducted in the 3 years duration of the course and both the practical and theoretical examinations are conducted as a part of the end semester examination.

Placement Experience

2.5

In terms of placement there is nothing much as in pool campus and campus drive not very satisfactory packages are offered. However one can get good offers on their own efforts. In regards to the internship you have to manage the internship on your own.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees of the college is not too much as that of the private colleges which are offering this course. Fee for the entire course duration is less than 10,000. The Fee is required to be submitted at the start of each academic year.

Fees and Financial Aid

State Government of Kerala offers scholarship to the student who are domicile of the state and satisfy the other minimum eligibility criteria. Apart from that Central Government also extends scholarship to the students. Educational loans are also available which one can apply from any private or public sector bank.

Campus Life

4

There are various clubs in institute like the music club, film club, NSS etc through which one can participate in to different extra curricular activities. events like International Women's Day, Republic Day, and Independence Day are celebrated. Classes and laboratories are very well equipped and overall the infrastructure is sound.

Admission

I applied for admission in the institute by filling in the online application form available on the institute's website. After submission of application I was required to submit the documents like marksheet and school leaving certificate. after verification of all the documents and getting listed in the merit list I was granted admission in the course. I opted for the institute because it is nearby my place of residence and is one of the popular institute in the region.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.

Out college being an autonomous college has good grip to keep up to the level of good education. Overall teaching methods and syllabus are very good. Frequency of exams are troublesome during the last time of year because all the programmes like youth festival annual day etc come together

Course Curriculum Overview:

My course is Bsc Biotechnology. It is a research associated course. Its main scope is in research. But in every industry let it be medical or industrial a biotechnologist is required. I would like more practical knowledge than theory knowledge in this course as it is needed to be implemented in labs hands on experience is essential. Exams are conducted every 6 months as semester. Class tests and model exams are conducted frequently. Assignments, projects, seminar ,etc.. are given every month.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose Bsc electronics, it has an attractive curriculum and some of them are influenced me in some way. The facilities are well-known about the curriculum preparing and all. The current curriculum is good but it needs some changes. Include more practicals is one of my suggestion. Teaching methods are good it doesn't need any change. Exams are conducted by Kerala University, so the college can't do anything in main exams but the college will complete all the portions before the exam date it is sure.
