Remarks

IET-DAVV, central India's one of the reputed college for engineering is a place where you will learn how to manage life after 4 years of study. It provides the best of the faculties as well as facilities (as it is the part of the largest university of central India). if you are getting this college then there should not be any second thought in choosing. Trust me, your 4 years at this college will be the best 4 years of your life in which you will get hands on to some of the greatest scenarios will teach you lessons of management as well as technology.

Course Curriculum Overview

First-year is common for all branches. in 1st semester, CS, IT and CIVIL will have same syllabus and MECHANICAL, E&TC and EI will have the same. In 2nd semester, subjects swaps,i.e. what MECHANICAL, E&TC and EI studied in 1st Semester will be studied by CS, IT and CIVIL in this and what CS, IT and CIVIL studied in 1 semester will be studied by MECHANICAL, E&TC and EI. !st year have common subjects like MATH, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, ENGINEERING DRAWING, COMPUTER SCIENCE, BASIC ELECTRONICS, ENGLISH, HUMANITIES etc. From second year onward, you will study your branch oriented subject more.

Class Size: 65Course Fees: INR 72000 per year

Placement Experience

Placements at IET are fabulous. Placement season generally starts from May and lasts till January first week. in IET, students are placed when they are in 7th Semester. and have to do an internship in an organisation where they are placed in the 8th semester. Placements are generally of 2 phases and nearly 50-55 companies visit IET each year for placements.

Campus Life

Life at IET is full of fun. Many events are organised throughout the year by the cultural and technical committee. List of events starts from Engineers day celebration which is celebrated in DAVV (Takshila campus) Auditorium. Next comes Garba Night, celebrated on one of the last three days of Navratri. Then come Tech-Fest INVENTO. It is a 2-day event in which various technical workshops and competitions are organised for students on Day 1 and Day 2 has a line up of various Auditorium events (like GDG session, Industry expert session and motivational session from renowned personalities).

SGSITS: JUST A BIG BRAND

Placement Experience:

At the end of 2nd year, companies like goldman sachs comes to take interns. For placements students become eligible from 6th or 7th semester. In recent years goldman sachs is the biggest recruiter, oracle and Deloitte have also recruited, other firms like tcs and infosys also come. Giants like Amazon and google have stopped visiting since few years. Last year highest package was 72 lpa to an ece student. Average lies around 8 lpa. In tech branch 70-80% students are placed. In lower branches 50-60% students are placed. My plan is also to get placed at a decent package after completion of course.

The college have good placements as far as I got to know. The highest package was 8500000 lpa last year and average package was 1900000 lpa. My plan after the degree is to get god job in ECE cire company.

LIFE IN MITS-DU

Placement Experience:

Students are eligible from 7th semester to get placed and many companies visits every year for placement and approx 60-70% students gets placement every year.As per my knowledge there is no company which has made no offer.Average package is about 6-7 lakhs per annum.My plan is to take good package from on campus placement drive.If I am unable to get this then I will try for off campus placement and I also want to do MTECH after graduating.

Placement Experience:

Campus Pl start from the 7th semester with good companies visiting for core branches popular recruiters are tafe eichers, CG power, Disa. Cognizant and Infosys for the IT roles also. The average package is up to the 6 LPA. After completing my degree I am planning To join a good company of the mechanical branch which helps me in building my career in the core engineering field.

I had Applied in various colleges. I was getting jc Jabalpur Engineering College, but the condition of Jaunpur miram college is really bad, and I didn't feel the areas safe, and also it is in the place which is much farther than my own house, so it's somewhere. Create a sense of insecurity inside me , whereas indore Is the business capital of MP Madhya Pradesh and DPV is the second best college in Madhya Pradesh? I was getting RGI PT too, but again the distance problem, and it was not into my interest. One of the things of taking this college was the branch that I was getting, that is CS BS that really facilitates her. And it was not available in other colleges that makes me take IT DA bb also the highest package and average package as compared to the colleges that I was getting was much good in ITV, and as a city Indore is safe and really has potential. College provides good placement opportunities and great crowd to interact with

At my rank in JEE this was the best option I choose. And I never regret being a part of this college and a part of this branch. IET DAVV College Review(An honest one)

Besides the IITs and NITs in Madhya Pradesh, IET DAVV and SGSITS are the two most renowned government aided institutes.
