Great option for pursuing Under Graduation in Coimbatore

Our group of institution has adopted a policy to strictly follow AICTE and UGC defined guidelines in regards to syllabus and curriculum for all the courses. As far as the system of examination is concerned the institute follows semester wise system of examination for B.Sc programme. As per the system the entire course syllabus is segregated into 6 semesters where by 6 end semester examinations are conducted with 2 semester exams being conducted in a single year.

Placement wise the group of colleges that our institute is a part of is quite well. However when it comes to Arts and Science based bachelor courses it is not up to the mark like that for Engineering courses. Placement with packages around 2.3 to 3 LPA can be obtained easily through campus placement. Internship support is not offered by the institute and students are required to manage this on their own.

The fee of our institute for the entire duration of the program is around 1.5 lacs. The amount is to be submitted not at once but at the start of each academy year post the payment at the time of admission.

One of my batchmate applied for the scholarship offered by the Tamilnadu State Government to students from economically weaker sections of the society. Similar kind of scholarships are offered by the state government to students who are domicile of the state. Apart from that educational loan facility is also available for students. I myself applied for the educational loan from the Karnataka Bank.

Our college as I said is a part of Group of institution and hence provide for good opportunities for extra-curricular activities. Apart from NCC and NSS there are other clubs like sports club, Swachh Bharat club, learning centre etc to engage students. Events like freshers party, Republic Day celebrations, Pongal celebration, are some common event celebrated by the college. In terms of infrastructure the institute stands among the top colleges in the region.

Post all the formalities admission was granted in the B.Sc Physics program. One prominent reason for choosing this Institute for my under graduation was that it is one of the most popular Institute from past few years in our region.

The college has maintain a good strength of faculty not only in terms of number but also in terms of quality. Professor in our college have in depth knowledge of their disciplines and many of them have attained doctorate level education in the respective discipline. The methodology of teaching is more application focused.
