The college management is one of the best. The college is managed by vastly experienced people. They give enough time for students to fill the admission fees, exam fees etc.
Entrance Preview
GCET, Secured 1st class in PCMI opted for this particular college because of its reputation, successful academic records, experienced facilities and good campus recruitment process.
Course Curriculum Overview
The course comprised of 4 academic years with 8 semesters. The major subjects consisted of fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, machine design, manufacturing process, non traditional machining, finite element analysis, mechanical vibrations etc.
Internships Opportunities
Internship was done outside college, in Merck Ltd Goa. General stipend offered was Rs. 9,000/- The internship experience helped me a lot in getting familiar with industrial work and acquire valuable knowledge.
Placement Experience
Placement was almost 80% for IT students. For non IT students, it was a bit low. Companies such as TCS, Mindtree, Siemens, JSW, Kirloskar motors came for campus recruitment. The packages offered by these companies was between 20,000 to 30,000.
College Events
Cultural and technical events such as Aura, oculus, colloseum, avalanche were held in the college. Aura was a national level cultural event and it had well known artist from Indian fraternity as well as students from well renowned colleges of India.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The fees structure is as followsGeneral - 48,000General (out of state students) - 98,000, Management - 98,000. Altogether, it was a bit expensive.The fees has to be paid per year and not all at once. The yearly fees can be paid over the period of two semesters.

Scholarships are available for students who secure high grades throughout the academic section and take active parts in cultural and technical activities.
Campus Life
Apart from mechanical sector, other branches had equal number of boys and girls. There were no such hostel parties taking place as the college rules are strict. There was no intolerance caused on the basis of gender, race, ethnicity. Altogether, the environment in and around the campus was quite joyous.
Alumni/Alumna
Annual alumni meets are being held by the college in major cities of India as well as abroad.The alumni are informed well in advance about the this through emails. The principal of the college and other senior faculty members take active part in alumni meet. Recently, I had been to a alumni meet in delhi along with my friends.
Exam Structure
The exam structure consisted of 3 internal assessments exams and one university/board exam per semester. The exam schedule was not hectic at all. Infact, it was very well planned.
Faculty
The faculty members had tons of teaching as well as technical experience. The daily class notes were enough to get high grades in exams. The faculty members are well aware of the day to day changes in academic procedures.
