Course Curriculum Overview

The course of bsc has been really good. The lab work, practical were all very awesome and everything is demonstrated to us in beautiful way. There are internals,lab assignment, practical and semester examination. The schedule is all good and sometimes it's hard but anyways it's all good.

Placement Experience

The placement has been a major concern for this college. The placement cell lacks the expected vibe,although they organise many seminar. The college does not provide any internship,you have to yourself apply for it and take prior permission from the college .

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college is very affordable and around 6000 for general courses which makes it one of the first choices for general but as I said earlier the problem lies a bit with placement,otherwise there is no other isssues as such.

Campus Life

The college has a descent sex ratio all throughout.There are freshers party, hostel party and other activities. They organise workshop and seminars. Many social awareness program are also organised. Many clubs are there to take care of our cultural interest.

Admission

I got admission into this college through the Management quota,you can also get admission directly through the higher secondary examination marks. You need to apply online and then visit the campus for verification of documents.

The faculty of the college is very beautifully trained , I must say because they understand the inner psyche of the students very well and act accordingly so that we do well in our lives and bring out the best in us.

Why you should/shouldn't join LISSAH

Course Curriculum Overview:

Course curriculum is almost best. Curriculum doesn't influenced me in deciding this course. Curriculum should add internships. Currently there is no mandatory internship, if students are interested they can do internship during vacations. As we are learning psychology which need to be practiced in real world settings, curriculum must include real world training to help students understand things more effectively. Currently intervel between exams are non existent. Internal exams, then semester exams, you blink once, next internal exams, followed by semester exams. Syllabus is understandable, can learn if you try. Exams are also manageable. Real world examples and stories can be included in teaching methods, as psychology is related to humans and human interaction, to get better grasp of concepts. Rather than focusing on passing exam, should focus on the concepts and understand them in-depth. There are a lot of theories to study by heart. And there are many repetitive topics that overlap, but in different semesters.
