Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Course curriculum is well structured and divided into phases. The initial phase is about the basics and involves both practical and theoretical part. Subsequent phase is of one and a half year with focus on areas like Forensic science. The final 2 years of studies involves exposure to areas like general surgery, Obestrics pediatrics etc. Exams are held annually. Mid term exams are also held time to time.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placement rate of our college is quiet good. Internship opportunities are also available. College offers 1 years internship for students. Intership are also available for students outside. Many students of our college have got placement in reputed hospitals in India. The college offers opportunity to work with it after course completion.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee of the college is high. The first year fee is above 1.5 lakhs. For management quota it is high and goes upto 2-3 lakhs. Educational loan facility is available for students. I applied for educational loan from the SBI bank where admission letter of the college was asked for.

Campus Life

3

Lab infrastructure is quite good. We get all the facilities in place. Classrooms are well equipped and are spacious. For sports and extra-curricular activities we get full opportunities. The college ground is big enough for outdoor games.

Admission

Admissions are done based on NEET entrance exam. Over 50% of seats are reserved for Muslim students. I took the admission on non-reserved seat. Picked the college in counseling. I was allotted a seat in the later round of counseling. I appeared for AIIMS and JIPMER exam could not make it there so settled for this.

Faculty

3.5

Faculty is quite experienced and helpful. Our teaching staff comprises of Doctors that are in practice from years. They are experts in their domain and guide us well in theoritical and practical aspects of the given subject. Many a times they try to put things forward by giving real life examples. This help us students in grasping things better.

The frequency of exams is a headache to be honest . There is 1 semester coming up within every 4 to 5 weeks which makes it stressful for us. Moreover the teaching methods are decent. This course is indeed a challenging one!

Course Curriculum Overview:

As a medical college, it always has an environment of focus and consciousness. I have chosen MBBS because I want to be a focused student in my life. I want a disciplined life, which is also a beauty of this course. MBBS develops you as a sincere - sensible and soft personality. In each department of our college, there are 3 to 4 teaching and non-teaching staff and our batch strength is of 170 students and there are totally more than 15 departments in MBBS course, so now you have an idea about the faculty Nad student ratio of our college. Faculty members are excellent in every department of our college be it the Undergraduate department or postgraduate department they are well qualified and renowned and they are great doctors too, they have wonderful art and experience of producing successful doctors. As a medical college, here 1st priority is study and assessment of students so exams are on time and obviously it has a difficult curriculum, which needs lots of hard work and dedication.
