Remarks

College is good campus life is awesome but one thing is that there is the pressure of id card wearing all-day.

Course Curriculum Overview

Course curriculum is every good and 2 sessionals are conducted along with 3 assignments and last is final term exams. Study material provided by cu is reasearch driven and they provide industrial visit along with industrial training in 3 and 4 year.

Placement of the college is very good teachers provide a full-on spot for the placement drive and also provide internships.

College Events

In our college Freshers party, Tashan nights tech events pharmacist day teachers day Punjab youth festival media fest law moot courts are conducted for students to enjoy and freshen up their mind and various inter-department activities are organised like science day.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Fees structure is relevant as according to the facilities provided by the university they take fees through online mode cash and also through dd cheque etc firstly we have pay amount of 10000 for seat reservation after that remaining fee is to be paid while joining.

I have availed educational loan for this we have to take demand letter from the university then the same has to be submitted to the bank for further process.

There is the wide diversity of students at Chandigarh university labs here are well equipped with facilities there is no religious discrimination no politics is allowed in the campus no sexual abuse is there and no ragging is there is the campus and no outsiders are allowed.

We have a wonderful interaction with our seniors as well as with our alumni they help us in various fields.

I applied at Chandigarh University for B.Pharmacy as I have interest in Science dealing with medicines. As this university provides 100% campus placement so it also a reason to join this university. I applied to this university by looking through the website of CU.

Faculty

Faculty here at CU is good they listen to each and every doubt and provide notes time to to time to students they cooperate in all conditions with the students they are ready to help students in odd situations they help students to prepare for there placements.

Life at PCTE , an honest review

Course Curriculum Overview:

This aligned with my dream of staying intact with medicine as the main part of curriculum but in an entirely different way . You get to learn about how it's discovered, designed, undergoes different preclinical , clinical trials ,manufactured , and then distributed under the related ethics, laws and regulations . You cannot wholely depend on faculty for your training for next entrance exam but need to put extra efforts to get by yourself and practice harder for GPAT. The faculty teaches as per the PCI guidelines for IKGPTU examination.

I choose this course in order to become a pharmacist. My course includes 4 labs in a week and 3 classes in a day. It is mandatory for every students to perform One experiment in every lab . Faculty members also helps us to perform the practicals. Mid sem examination is taken 3 times in a sem.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose b Pharmacy cause i want to learn about the medicine I take also it helps me in better understanding how the chemicals work as we take medicine and also some other chemical properties improvement should be done in the case of more Pratical work as it should give us more and more pratical work rather then theory part . Time of the exams was good as proper days were given to prepare and difficulty level was normal not that hard any one can pass if they study properly

Placement Experience:

In 2023 my college placed 45-50 students in macloeds , and other pharmaceutical industry.but in 2024 They didn't do any placement. If u see any post of my college which say that this student was placed in 2024 all are fake Because they didn't give any placement. Theh will try to do one interview for a company which make medical devices but no one interested to do job in medical devices company because we study the pharmacy so we want to do job in pharmaceutical company. when my college didn't give any placement so students like me and my friend are very frustrated of job I was selected in Cipla after 5th month of completing my course .

the placement is good in this campus but in our course we gets maximum 5 or 6 lakh package but not more then this but there are too many opportunities in government field and the private sectors by clearing tests we can get a good salary with good amount of package so we need to take good cgpa in the exams by which our final cgpa would be decided so we could get a good placement in this course mainly we need good score for a good placement

Honestly .. in our course there is very low chance of placement.. if anyone get offer letter .. that is around 12-17,000 per month which is very less and no one can go for this job. In the last 4 years in our campus famous company visits and also provide 4-5 lakh package. but currently there is no one visit and providing placement ... in future i can't say anything... that time changes and company visiting our campus

Chandigarh University: Is it worth the investment?

I didn't apply to any other college. I chose it because it was close to my home. The admission process to give CUCAT exam for which the fees is 1000 rupees. The passing marks are 40 out of 100.
