Civil engineering at this institution has a very good course structure and focuses a lot on research work. The course follows the duration of 4 years. The syllabus is updated as per the changes made and the evolution in technology. The days at the institution is generally very hectic and exams too are very tiring.

Placement Experience

There is the department of placement. The institution provides with great opportunities to its students. There are internships for the students to grow. They also provide with jobs and placements for their students. Many firms come and recruit the students. Many students take part in the placement programme and enhance their skills.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure of the college for civil engineering is around 1 lakh 80 thousand which is quite feasible as per the needs and demand of the course in the growing industry. Hence, it will not be wrong to say that the fees is affordable as per the education and facilities provided by the institution.

Campus Life

The college excels in its extracurricular activities. They enrich their students and focuses on overall development of the students. They have various sports activities like football, basketball and so on. They also organize cultural functions like fest and fêtes in which many other institutions take part and students get abundant exposure. To get admission, the Candidates should have passed the H.S.C. Examination of the State Board of High Secondary Education of Tamil Nadu or any other Equivalent examination as approved by Anna University. Candidates should have obtained minimum marks 50%. The student will be selected on the basis of entrance exam and based on their merit they will be selected.

My Life inside VIT'V

Placement Experience:

B.tech students will be eligible after they complete their credits before the 3rd year and usually that is the period during which they will be eligible for placements. For integrated M.tech it might be after the 4th year in 5th year,they could get a year for internships which is good for students. This might be considered as my interest in this course.The placement is around 95 percent.My plans after getting the degree is to become a highly skilled person and to get a job in google. Many companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Qualcomm, etc place our campus.There are no such companies that visited and made no offers.

A review about KARE

Placement Experience:

In my college placement start from 7th semester, students get eligible to sit in drives. Many companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro and some core firms visited and gave good no of offers. Highest package was around 10 LPA and average near 4.5 LPA depending on profile, mostly software dev, testing and few core engineer role. Around 70% students got placed last year, rest go for higher studies or other prep. My plan after finishing degree is to first try campus offer then aim for higher studies if I not satisfied. Overall placement is decent but still more core companies should come.

Our college is affiliated with Anna University and approved by AICTE. I choose this course because I did my 12th from PCM and i want my future in computer networking and web designing. This course gives great opportunities in software and IT companies.I got admission by clearing H.S.C examination of the State board of high secondary education of Tamil Nadu.
