Course Curriculum Overview
The Electrical and Electronics Engineering is a full time 4 years B.E. degree course. The Course Curriculum is structured to maintain a good balance between the theoretical learning and practical training. It also provides for a strong research environment and technical education. The exams are conducted by Anna University in a Semester Assessment system.
Placement Experience
Our College provides good placement opportunities to the students. The In-campus recruitment drive is initiated by our college, and some very good companies offer jobs to the students. Our placement cell also helps for preparing for interviews and tests if any.
Fee Structure And Facilities
The Government College Of Engineering Sengipatti has a very affordable fees structure. Our yearly fees for the EEE course is around Rs. 8,400. There is some added examination fees during the semester exams as well. The fees structure over all is absolutely feasible.
Campus Life
The campus life in our college is very engaging. Besides studies, we get a lot of other facilities. There are some modern laboratories in each departments, with advanced equipment; the library maintained by our college is very resourceful and keeps a lot of latest books and magazines; even there is canteen facilities available. Apart from that, we also have good sports facilities and students get to participate in various sports activities frequently.
Admission
Admission to the Government College Of Engineering is secured on the basis of the students' marks in 10+2 examination. After application for admission is closed, the college releases a list of candidate eligible to be admitted as per their 10+2 marks.
Faculty
Our EEE Department has some extremely qualified faculty members, and they are very efficient in teaching. What intrigues me the most, is the way of teaching. Our professors always involve the students by giving practical assignments and class discussions, which makes the learning process a lot easier and exciting.
